Tr-116 Rifle- Target Retail

I recently bought a copy of STO at Target in order to get the TR-116 Rifle. I entered the key code, which it accepted but have not been able to claim the rifle.

I not sure if it matters but I have listed with my activated list two retails, tribble and my LT sub. Also sorry if this has been answered before but I did not see anything in the fourms
search.

Better weapons exist once you hit commander actually. I used to swear but even I see better stuff now.

I;d have to dig for the threads but many of us believe that the preorder code are no longer valid.

You should be able to find it at CStore -> Legacy Unlocks though if it;s there.

Contact customer support; they'll either help you, or they won't. It's been a long time since those codes have worked, but every once in a while someone posts about how CS turned on a feature for them.

Now, I'll post my plea to the developers again: please make the TR-116 level with the player.

Did you go to a physical Target store or did you order it from them on-line? The edition they sell in their on-line store is just a standard retail edition and does not come with any extras. I learned that lesson the hard way over a year ago. About a month later I was in a town with a target, waltzed in and picked up a copy that included the TR-116.

Is there, on the upper left hand corner of the retail box you purchased from target a picture of a of a guy holding the TR116 and the words: "Target Exclusive! TR-116 Carbine Phaser Rifle"? If that isn't there then you purchased a standard retail edition that doesn't come with the TR-116. Each edition (Target, Amazon, Game Stop, etc.) that came with some extra would have a picture in the upper corner stating what extra was included. If there's no picture in the upper corner then that box and the code inside doesn't include one.
