Is it just me, or are borg encounters borked?

after the last couple of patch's, every time a red alert for a borg encounter comes up the mission is empty, and says it's already complete - even when I click on it the very second it appears.. I see a bunch of people come in, then warp right back out

- never had this problem before, now haven't been able to play it the last 12 tries.

When it does that, it's because players keep trying to enter and prevent it from resetting. And it a problem that's been known since the first days the Borg DSEs were introduced.

All I can say is keep trying until you find an instance that works. Also try the change instance button, you might find a non-bugged encounter.
