exchange-mails just disapeared

hello!
5 minutes ago all my mails i got from the exchange with item i could not sell disapeared!
i didn't delete them. and all the items and BO are gone.
anyone else who had this problem? i lost so many purple BO and purple ship equipment...
EDIT: all the mails i send to myself are still there.
