    seems to be repeatable if it crits up until the first time it does not, then you cant use it any more.

    Many people on doffjobs have not been able to repeat it even when they didn't crit.

    yea loading up the entire cast (except for Reynaldo who won't even show up to let you slot him) <- bug

    and then not getting a crit or being able to repeat sucked.

    I have tried several times, but I can not run the mission a second time. Any ideas why?

    there's a bug. It should be fixed soon

    I believe he mentions further up that it isn;t rolled out yet.

    I;m assuming it'll be for the next patch...

    Appreciate that. I don't suppose the chances could be improved a WEEE bit if you run it with the "Intended" cast? The crit chance seems a little lowballed (although calculated properly according to the math of the system) when using the proper doffs (any way to add to the crit % if using a certain combination of specifically named DOFFs?).

    Either way I hope to try this again Soon(tm)!

    I just had a critcal success on this mission on my first attempt... it was supposedly going to give me a special item and a special doff, I only got the doff. Has anyone had this issue and what is the "special item"? Thanks.

    Will the fix for this assignment go live with the downtime today? It wasn't mentioned in the changelog, but that wouldn't be a first.

    Just did. No dice.

    For reference, I only got a success rating the first time though and I don;t have the doff.

    hmmm would be nice if the assignment woud actually work from today's patch... as if getting all 19 holonovel doffs wasn't painful enuf...

    Does that mean you've actually rerun the assignment? I ask because it failed for me the three times I tried it.

    If you got a crit the first time you did the assignment you can rerun it with no problems. If you got any other result you can see the assignment, but as you said, it fails to start.

    I'll continue to look at the odds after the fix goes into make this repeatable, but I am not currently planning to change the odds at this time.

    So, the holodeck safties failed on my first attempt and several of my crew died... and I can't even try it again??

    I have it on my todo list to see if it works yet but I have 3 Hamlet doffs currently on assignments.

    But, yes, it wasn;t in the last patch notes and I don;t recall seeing it on the latest tribble patch notes either.

    Is there a specific sector the mission is supposed to appear in? I've collected all the photonic doffs but can't seem to find it. Its been about 3 days also since I get the last one. And I know it should be listed under my operations officer tab.

    I believe it's the one from the Freighter bridge, just ask someone with one for a bridge invite.

    To do Hamlet you need to visit the Bridge (any bridge will do) then talk to the Operations guy. It's under "Special projects".

    Thanks! Found it, I didn't realize if was a special project, was only checking the operations tab on the duty officer window for it.
