Would seem odd to me if a reason wasn't given, considering how much they like to emulate / roleplay an overly complicated political system. It's been a good place for me the last couple years or so long as I mostly do my own thing in the game. but I think a great deal of simplification would do CSP good to make it seem more for the actual members (Like for instance I won't play dress-up to someone elses standards just to partake in a meeting event where members are supposed to be heard, and many other things).
Nowaday's if there is a meeting you are only asked to wear the fleet patch, what you wear is up to you. That being said mertings are being phased out in favour of a newsletter type thing. If there is anything in there that a member wants to discuss at a fleet level then a meeting can be called.
The main trouble is that CSP wise the fleet leadership has tried to put a lot of work into running the fleet as hands off as possible whilst trying to establish guide lines that are as fair as possible to all members but by and large the rank and file are apathetic and then when it does affect them start complaining, well tough TRIBBLE - you had your chance and you blew it, so live with it or clear off.
Now as for Ash I don't know the full story so I can't and will not comment, but I will say if you think what has happened is unfair and you still want to be part of the CSP then you do have the right to appeal.

I always wear the patch anyway, as do all of my Caitian officers. The same is true of all my Ferasan officers wearing the FSF patch. Humans, Romulans, and everything else, they are NOT worthy. Only felines can wear the patch!

Mertings are being phased out because of very little to discuss. The lack of stuff to talk about means we can go for weeks without even a single merting. Since the start of 2015, I have only been able to attend one single merting.

Added the barefeet option to all Off-Duty outfits for all species.
Hopefully that applies to the Romulan Senate Robes as well, due to it being an Off-Duty outfit. Will see tomorrow.

Looks like you can finally grab yourself a free Section 31 outfit from the Zen store now. Not sure if you have it now, but I believe you were wanting that before.
Just did ^w^. I assume that means I can colorize it? I'll see what I can do with it once I'm ready to sit down later and do some things before next patch this morning. I NEVER turn down anything that's outright free even if I question if whatever be free will ever be used, cause you just never quite know, especially when a costume as a whole might not appeal, but one little part from it could be awesome with some other future outfit. Not that I am saying this outfit doesn't appeal, but others before it were meh, but still, parts could be useful.
I got it the last time they offered it for free. So I do not care.
