A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.
In the chaos of their battle, I bring order.
I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.
Checking our grammar is all part of the fun and games here, what else would any thread KDF side be for? :P I will use that excuse for in-game chat to a degree, but I am sloppier and clumsier than I'd like in instant messaging and chat, I feel much more natural writing in forums or other messages where I have a chance to check what I am posting and think about what I'm writing.
My parents are exactly the opposite of each other. My mother is more than 60, but knows how to use the Square thing for accepting credit cards, knows how to use the GPS in the car, knows how to use NetFlix, is always on FaceBorg, playing mobile games AT THE RESTAURANT, and primarily communicates via text messages, complete with all that idiot text coding garbage that teenagers like to use these days!
My father is even older, still uses a flip phone, thinks paper is still high-tech, and the closest he has ever come to using a computer is when he uses the television remote to change the channel to Fox News.
I must confess that I am much more like Dad, in more regards than I would like to admit.
Yes he does, barely. I'd rather he didn't have a computer, because if something goes wrong I have to fix it... And to a lesser degree my mother but she's a bit more clever with tech in general, but still isn't qualified to own a computer herself.
Both my parents know how to use a PC, and they turn to me for tech support. I just wish me and my sis hadn't introduced them to Facebook, because they comment on all the silly things I say.
My mother actually found her way to Faceborg *Muzzlepaw*. Though sometimes she helps father with very VERY simple problems he runs into rather than need me, at least she can learn new tricks once in a while and remember them when I teach her enough times. He's like a klingon, "If it doesn't work, get another one, or sarcastically says bring the sledgehammer" or statements like that :P.
Although I am fairly good at maintaining computers and working on them for the most part, I actually hate working on them more than I have to, most certainly don't want a job that involves working on computers in the future, I want something more interesting or physically stimulating, I've been in this office chair too long all these years, I do feel for you older folks and wish times were simpler quite often.
fixing computers is physically stimulating when you start smashing your fist against the keyboard and hurling the monitor through a window because it stubbornly refuses to get unbroken no matter what you do

However, I'll be quite happy to work on tech if I get to do this, *Enters a self built time machine and goes back 20/30 years, and then decides to go back further and become a sword smith* Mwhehe.
"Internet" is practically a nationality now, complete with it's own horribly melted down so-called English text accents.
Nonetheless, while I have my occasional beefs with this modern era, and a love-hate relationship with computers and the expectation of nearly everyone to be a tech geek, I am grateful to be in this era because of the vast access to almost any knowledge you want (Provided you check your facts), and greater connectivity that has allowed me to find and make friends I never could have dreamed of and share activities with. There are many great perks to this time and age despite it's drawbacks if one can sit back and think about all these things we take for granted.
I had fun in-game today. Probably cuz I feel the Wonderland is detached from the rest of the game. It's as if you can do whatever you want, whenever you want, without having to grind, without being told where to go, and without fear of nerfageddon.

posting on a forum does not warrant that kind of importance from me

That's stereotyping right there. Not capitalizing does not mean you are American.

When the snow falls and I'Zira rules Cait.
It will never happen, the weather control systems don't have a snow setting...

At least they'll never know the joy of Weetabix, Jelly Beans and Blueberry Muffins.
Spur of the moment thing. We haven't done that in forever.
