I enjoy taking new players through grounds, always fun. Well, if that new player reads chat like you and Kess did.
Fortunatly there weren't 3 new players since it's a lot easier to assign newbies to the floating/shoot random stuff job than it is to have them guard this and plant bombs etc. as there are 3 specific jobs to do, and then 2 shoot everything ones.
You guys did really well though, we even got the optional and killed Armek in one try! (Last part wasn't a surprise, but still nice.)

In case there were any cats who didn't know about it, we've been 'Casino nights' at Casino Royale (my D'Kora bridge) for the past three or four nights. If you haven't come, I invite you to. So if you want to join us, we usually have it anywhere from 8-9:00 PM (EST). No age requirements. Just put away all your weapons if you come.

In my opinion everyone should be or start using a Ferengi character which has the 'Lobes' trait which provides a 20% discount in all store prices for items sold for energy credits or gold-pressed latinum.
That character can then use the account bank and handle all the purchases and transferral of goods.
This is what I do and in the long run it'll save us all a fortune.
P.S. We can use the EC in the fleet bank for important starbase upgrades like this I'm sure.

No actually there's something even cheaper: Being in a freighter and buying from cargos in space. It's a glitch, just don't tell it to devs. You can get your commodities for a very low price. That's the hard discount of the 25th century.
I have more than 700M in ECs and investments on my account. I think i'll make an effort this time. I'll wait for 1-2 days to see if we have someone else willing to contribute and i'll fill the rest of the commodities. I'll add doffs too. Just don't count on me for dil if i spend 20M or more for the fleet.
We just need a blood sample, three kittens, and waffle.
Don't ask me what we are using the waffle for. :eek:

I have one, so i can buy most of the commodities for the upgrade. And it's not worth buying a 30M freighter for a small discount. It's a doffing tool, and it's way too expensive to make it profitable in any way.
