    Indeed. Eat right and exercise daily, and you will be quite well. All except for the faith part, I commend your wanting to get in better shape. For example, a long bike ride (like 2-3 miles) every day will get you in better shape than you ever imagined yourself. Of course, you cannot just jump into this, but you will eventually be able to ride long distance without thinking about it.

    But no matter if you lift weights, or jog, or whatever else, keep up the good work.

    That was the worst mission ever. When I first did it, hours after I got the game, I almost quit STO because I was so bored.

    Doesn't that happen to all missions? Nonetheless I've never been a fan of 1 to 5 star rating systems, either a person likes something or they don't. Either I five star something or I just close the window at the end without adding a rating to a mission.

    One of the one-stars turned into a 4-star I believe. That still has me off the top 50.

    I never even rate missions at all. The only time I have rated any mission was when Ashkrik specifically asked me to review.
    I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

    i still haven't even done perfection yet...no time for hours long foundry missions, and the few times i do end up having time, i always forget about it

    It doesn't take hours.

    Part 1 should be an hour at most if you are really slow or low gear.

    Part 2 is 45 minutes on average if you do the dialogue.

    Scars of the pride is about 30m max at most.

    It took me a long time to get Part 2 of perfection out.

    Mainly because the foundry was down and I took a break.

    Scars of the pride, part 1 came out super fast and earlier than I intended, the same will be with part 2. You can blame or thank reviewers and fellow catphoners who keep me inspired to share my RP stories.
