"Have you eaten, my child?" is asking Aero if he had his lunch. Commas save lives.

*Much uncontrolled snickering* Being an offspring of M'Vore, Aero certainly is of that risk if not kept well fed =^,.,^=

But I'm not asking you to write any papers. If all you write is a single sentence, then adding a comma is easy enough. Remembering a comma keeps everything from becoming noting more than confusion. Such as with:

    M'Sarabi@Ashkrik23: Temple Kongwe, not city.
By omitting a comma, you are naming a temple. And as far as I know, no such Temple Kongwe exists.

M'Sarabi@Ashkrik23: Let me go to Scar Kongwe.
You have a character specifically to attack me?

These were confusing to the point where if I didn't know you, I would never even reply in chat at all.
I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

M'Vore is now much reminded of M'Rekka whom made up for M'Vore's lack of a proper spellchecker for STO! *Tries to permanently install lindaleff into the chat box*

Thank you, Kongwe. It was a wonderful New Years present.

We must also remember the importance of capitalization.

    It is the difference between:

Would you help your Uncle Jack off a horse?

    and

Would you help your uncle j..... Yeah.... I'm not going to finish that.

All is not what it seems in Scars of the Pride. As the story goes on, the villain's goals are not what they seem to be. In fact, the villain has a darker plan much more sinister. Now the question is, when you discover it, will you be able to stop her and her monster?

    *End mission roleplay*

But we still cannot forget about proper writing grammar. Let's not forget that I myself have an English degree. And in fact, I am known for making people rewrite their papers if they are not done correctly. And adding a comma lets us know that you are actually speaking to us instead of simply thinking aloud. For example:

    Rawr Cats.
This is nothing more than indicating that some sort of rawr cat is nearby. "Rawr, Cats" lets us know you are actually greeting us.

    Can you make something Kongwe?
Here, you are asking me to make myself. "Can you make something, Kongwe?" lets me know that you are wanting me to make another signature for you.

    Look at this Kongwe!
Why are you wanting everyone to look at me? If we are running a new Foundry mission, and you want me to look at something, then you need to say "Look at this, Kongwe."

    Man bacon is great!
Do I really need to explain this one? Unless you are eating humans, it should be "Man, bacon is great!"

    Well done Kongwe!
Again, this should be self explanatory. You are not going to cook me, nor would I ever allow you to do so. If you are meaning to congratulate me, then it needs to be "Well done, Kongwe."

    Have you eaten my child?
Clearly, I have done no such thing. And I have no intentions of eating your children either. "Have you eaten, my child?" is asking Aero if he had his lunch. Commas save lives.

Now, I do understand dialects. I myself was born in Norway, and my father is Norwegian, so I inherently use Norse/Germanic spellings, such as Amerika, or Afrika. But dialect or not, commas are one thing that are absolutely necessary.

    Funniest post ever. :D

First, how are your Greek lessons going?

Sarabi, the user who submitted the Zira drinking coffee comic strip is called okami-amaterasu.

Useless trivia regarding the thing mentioned earlier: Okami=wolf, Amaterasu=goddess of the sun, chief deity of Shinto. So the user who submitted that comic strip is a wolf goddess of the sun...

Pretty good I guess. I'm still really new at it and I certainly couldn't just make up a sentence and pronounce it, but I can translate some stuff without a book ... sometimes.

What do you think of this sentence?

    Ζεις μόνο μία φορά.

I now have the perfect music to go with one of the final battles of the end of my newest series. When I get there eventually.

Imagine the battle with Scar with this music, especially at 18 seconds in.

He won't be his normal self is all I'll say.

    Very good point!

It says "You only live once." But eh, I was never a fan of literal translations so I would translate it as "You only live life once." It's more poetic that way. Less accurate but it sounds better too...

I very much congratulate you on your resolve to continue this. Although I have to be honest; you lost me the moment you mentioned faith and religion. (As open as you are about your faith, my hatred of religion is equally no secret.) But if you continue to exercise and eat right, then you will have earned our respect for wanting to take better care of yourself. Whether you go so far as to engage in daily yoga, or simply set up an exercise bike in front of the television, you are doing a good thing. Keep up the good work!
