    ok, Warning!!!
    it is not a joke, Red Alert!!!

    I tried all the settings in browser.
    so I went to one of online "pay on line" which this PW recommended.

    so I tried and sign up with "Click and Buy", and it failed to process because they have no tool to reset "personal profile" when I found their error, they put double middle names, and I had to cancel, and cant readjust because they want me to get newer email.

    later I woke up, I got 27 unwanted spams flooding my email.
    they have violated privacy act, I had warn them not to use and if I get more spam, I will file lawsuit for amount of 100,000 dollars per each spam, now I don't know what up now, maybe they pulled back and stop?

    staff of PW, please make more friendly buy online service, these guys are terrible and prone for hackers, I would say, not to deal with specific buy online services with "3rd party sites" companies.

    I am still getting error with browser setting, so I am going back to fix my internet option back to where it was suppose to protect.
    PW people, you are asking for another trouble by making others to expose private clients to unprotected settings.
    I have changed my CC 3 times last year, it not funny to wait for next card.

    CC visa card is not MTG collectable cards.
    my local stores don't carry PW pre-paid cards and one of store had them and refuse to sell because they were told those cards were frauds or TRIBBLE as soon it hit on register.

    well, I guess it time to fix my browser setting....

    what do you do if your trying to pay buy credit card and you get this popup that lells ya you need to send Your mobile phone number so they can senda verification code via text message? i did that but i get no response! so now I can`t get any zen! That`s real customer service! one way to drive away people!:mad:

    I transferred Zen to STO on June 24th and it hasn't shown up yet. I feel a tad bit annoyed about this, and the support ticket page doesn't work for me (whole other fiasco) so I'm airing my problem here. As you can figure, I've logged in a number of times since then and nothing has shown up.

    The problem I am having with all Cryp functions is that they will not accept my MasterCard because I live in Illinois. If someone knows a way to get around this I wish they would let me know

    If you play through Steam, you can use your Steam Wallet instead. Steam is OK with IL credit cards. (I have the same issue)

    hey when i bought the zen it gave me a option to transfer when i bought it. But i still don't have the zen, what do you i do?

    Why do I need to give my debit / credit card number, when i want to pay with PayPal? I made Zen purchases last year, and never asked for it, and i do not want to give it. That is why I want to pay with PayPal and not with card... Is this a PayPal thing, or Cryptic/ PWE made the restriction?

    (I do not have a so called "verified" account on PayPal- which means i didn't add my debit card to the account. I just usually top up my account from my bank account with a transfer.)

    I know how to use the zen system however i have incidents for more than one occasion where i purchased zen but never got it and i am owed enough zen to buy 5 romulan dreadnoughts and 3 shuttles/fighters

    Bought 2 $20 PWE prepaid cards (like I've been doing lately) from my local GameStop.

    Went to charge the Zen like usual...thought it was odd that I couldn't log in to charge Z at first, but didn't think anything of it.

    Finally got logged in to the redemption page for PWE's prepaid cards, and entered the 1st code...the system seemed to time out (clock-spin), then didn't really do anything, so I tried to re-enter the number again, and it said the code it was "already redeemed".

    "Ok, I thought...I got my Zen. System must be running slow".

    Same thing for the 2nd card...I logged into the game to go spend my Zen...and nothing. No Z added to the game. Checking for my purchases again, the 2 cards don't show up in my purchase history, and now the purchasing system says they're redeemed.

    So, I'm apparently out $40, 4,000 Zen, and am on the forums trying to get PWE to help because the ticket system doesn't work and goes to a broken link that won't load. :mad:

    Glad I refuse to use my credit card here, which is why I buy prepaid cards...which I'm now out $40 because apparently the Zen Charging system is bugged and I was bright enough to debug it for them by handing them $40 in exchange for nothing.

    I'd like my 4,000 Zen, but I'm thinking I'm not going to be getting that back...and so I'm not spending any more money here...and I'm a adult that has money to spend on this game, if PWE/Cryptic look at my purchase history. I wasn't shy about dropping cash here...and now, why bother?

    Well Cryptic? No answer... just going to ignore this as another problem to irritate the loyal fans, eh? Nice way to alienate your own customer base, just saying. :mad:

    I wish I had seen the post by kommander1988, and everyone before this first, but lesson learned I guess. I think its obvious to everyone that this nightmare you call Arc mishandles and dead links attempts to get help and none apparently can be found on the forums either. For years now, I had no issues with the PWE site to redeem cards. But now, Arc took a perfectly workable system for the company's prepaid cards and busted it. So, tell me again how wonderful Arc is and how it's so easy and efficient to use and why we would want to install it on our systems... yeah... right...

    I have two worthless PWE cards that say otherwise.

    Now that being said, is their any chance someone with any sort of "title" can come in here and tell us what can be done to fix this and get our zen?

    I don't know... did you use a PWE card? Did you use a debit card? Did you twitch your nose like Bewitched?

    Your commentary is not helpful to those of us who lost money.

    Folks, asking for fixes, GM's etc in a thread randomly isn't going to get you anywhere.

    If you have an issue with anything to do with ZEN your only option is to contact support. If you cannot use http://support.arcgames.com you can e-mail customerservice@perfectworld.com on the email thats attached to the account and they can look into things for you.

    Beyond that there is no other options.

    I appreciate your input on this issue, hopefully it will help solve the issue with the email.

    I will try emailing as the site is still not allowing access to customer service, let's see what happens. I'll post accordingly when I get answered.

    If this works, if... maybe these instructions should be stickied?

    Fixed in 27 hours from request being sent in... and on a weekend no less.

    Now that is impressive Customer Service. I don't know why the ARC site is still not linking but the email worked better than expected. I recommend this be stickied for all to reference in the future.
