Items can not be discard

Hello.
I have done the Memory Alpha crafting tutorial. When I did it the first time did I finish everything except from hailing. Then did I drop the mission by mistake. So I had the crafted item.

Then I started the mission again and I had to collect the artifacts and the schematics, but when I finished that did I deliver the already crafted item. So I do now have Artifacts I cant use or discard and a Schematic.

Any Ideas on how I can get rid of the items? Is there a way I can replay the tutorial and get rid off the items?

    Lucky.
    I wish I had only one stuck item instead of 5.
    Apparently, the quest is bugged and the NPC will not
    allow the quest to be completed when it is marked as complete.
    Without realizing this; I began the quest again.

    I hope cryptic fixes this soon.
    I prefer if all quest items are allowed to be dropped.
    I rather abort and restart a quest
    where I accidentally dropped something important
    rather than have 5 useless items permanently.

    Do in-game game moderators exist that will purge the
    undesired items from a player's inventory upon request?

    At least the quest progresses far enough to allow crafting.
    Now if I could just set my phaser to disintegrate setting
    and vaporize these cursed items... :)

    Hello again.
    Cryptic/Perfect World Entertainment released a fix for this problem a while ago, but it?s still one item that stays in my inventory. When will this be fixed? Why not add a discard function to it?

    Me is when i try buy something i got nothing or other mission for have dilithium , when i do even particul and to buy one
    i have video look http://youtu.be/jcxDLdZhHWo nothing

    It's not a bug - You get Dilitihium Ore - NOT Refined Dilithium - from that NPC.

    If you check your 'Assets' tab, in the Dilithium section, you'll see the Dilithium Ore listed there. You have to refine said Dilithium Ore into Refined Dilithium (and that's capped at 8000 per day.) Once you do that, the portion you;'ve refined will appear in you Refined total.

    PWE/Cryptic should fix their bug system and start responding to bug reports in and outside game.
