Those offers are an integral part of PWE's websites, made specifically for them. You can call them trash, and i agree, to me that makes PWE disreputable.

Perfect World Entertainment is in partnership with certain companies to offer "Free ZEN". But usually, most of the offers aren't to be considered as "free", so it usually ends up ignored.

The fact that PWE is doing this is the biggest red flag yet they ARE NOT a reputable, QUALITY company.

PW claim no responsibility over what these sites do with your information, and actually caution you about what information you do given them.
claiming no responsibility doesn't mean they can't be held responsible. they're the ones that are making the offers available in the first place, via their website and enticing people with promises of free points that have a monetary value. point being, its legalese for 'I hope people don't bother to find out its not as airtight a claim as we want people to think it is'
