*She vanishes again, this time reappearing on DS61. She walks onto the promenade, looking around as people come and go.*
OOC: This is one time where I don't want there to be an easy fix. Having Terry get her to stop feels too much like a cop-out, and I've already got something in mind.
*OOC: Okay.. Lets leave that for later then.*
Terry: Damn... I am not about to slay kin..
*He finds himself on the Black Phantom... In front of Voporak... and Sam...*
Reinhart: Him getting the drop on you is uncharacteristic of you.. But fine. He will make his mistake soon enough..
*Enterprise J*
Wade: Alright.. Go see her mam... Terry I am sure will be around soon enough.. Oh and Doctor.. I am posting armed guards around the patient...
*DS61 space the Raisers have backed off waiting for orders. The ships arriving are now fewer than they were but still substantive. Derek Ross finds himself on the station's command center.. a little roughened up but fine nonetheless. *
Derek: Split the Federation great.. Just how I wanted to spend my career again.
She's just hurting and trying to get her father back! She can't help it!
Voporak: Sam, I know it hurts to say... *he notices Terry* Hello there. You're probably interested in hearing this too. *he returns his attention to Sam* to say this, but she has to be destroyed! I know what she can do with the power of time. Because I can do the same. If the opportunity arises to stop her non-lethally, I'll take it but until such a chance presents itself, I must use the force of this ship.
Vranlek, take us back to the past. If you two have any objections, you may file it with my help desk.
*The Black Phantom jumps through the time-space continuum to DS61 space, under cloak*
OOC: Not an easy fix, eh? Well, whether or not it's easy or if it ends in her death, I like the idea of a fix involving a ship vs one person... if you know what I mean... just putting that out there.

Ryan: Welcome to my world.
How are things out there, Admiral?
*Enterprise-J. Dani walks into Sickbay and sits down next to Tara, who's lying in the biobed.*
Dani: How're you feeling, sis?
Tara: Like a psychotic b**ch just threw me around like a f***ing ragdoll. Why? How the f*** am I supposed to feel?
Dani: Firstly, language. This is the 26th Centur--
Nevermind. I'm not walking into that one.
Are you okay?
Tara: Yeah...
She's insane, Dani.
Dani: Put yourself in her shoes a minute. If dad died and you could go back in time and stop it, wouldn't you?
Tara: Are you trying to justify--?
Dani: Of course not! I'm just saying, anyone can seem insane... until you're placed in their position.
Tara: She's going to wipe us from existence, Dani - along with countless other people.
I'm going to have to stop her.
Dani: Why you? Huh?
Tara: Two reasons; firstly, I know somewhat what she's going through. Secondly, I owe her a little payback.
Carter: this is ghost carter to station commander Ryan. I request permission to come aboard and speak to you please. It is urgent and deals with the raisers.
Andoria
Rommel is wearing a winter suit and is completely covered. Firefly walks around looking around on alert.
Rommel: this way. He was once a member of Odin and ghosts. He will be able to get what we need to finish our work.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Voporak: Sam, I know it hurts to say... *he notices Terry* Hello there. You're probably interested in hearing this too. *he returns his attention to Sam* to say this, but she has to be destroyed! OOC: A ship versus one person with the same power as Sam and the ability to jump realities and hop through time at will...
Even if it were just Sam, I'd recommend getting help. :P
*Sam glares at him.*
Sam: Voporak, she's only 16! She lost her father and she wants him back! What would you do?!
If you kill that girl...
*Sam's hands and wrists glow white.*
There won't be enough left of this ship to fill a thimble.

*OOC: Maybe have Terry hold Sam back here?*
OOC: Don't forget though, the ship can do that too... and it's a frickin' ship, with a hull and shields, and weapons.
*Voporak looks at Terry and jerks his head towards Sam*
Voporak: Now look Sam, I'm not as cynical and unfeeling as I come across to be. I know what's it's like to lose family. All family. Both my parents died many years ago, and even my own brother went to great lengths to disassociate with me. That even includes making his first name his legal last name so that unless you really dig into his profile, you can't tell he's related to me. I have nothing left but my crew and my ship. At least you have friends and part of a family to go back to. Do you really know what it's like to live knowing you have no home back on Earth, nor any friends there waiting for your return? To know that all you can hope for is someone to remember you?
I turned to technology and ceased to see anyone as caring for me, because no one did. Absolutely no one. I'm sorry about all your family troubles Sam, but one girl who lost her father isn't enough to make me change my mind at this point. Trust me, if there is a way to have our cake and eat it too, I will choose that. But the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one, as Vulcans say.

Sam: That 'one girl' has no one, Voporak. Her father's gone, her mother abandoned her, she has no family and no one to miss her. She's just like you, only she needs a lot more than for someone to remember her; she needs someone to love her and care for her.
It's partly my fault she's even here, Voporak. Please, at least let me try to stop her.

Ryan: Understood.
Matt, route them to Bay Nine.
*OOC: Confusion approaching. Somehow, Matt from the C26th winded up with the EXACT SAME NAME as this Matt, so, for the sake of our sanities, this is P. Matt (Past Matt).*
OOC: Don't forget though, the ship can do that too... and it's a frickin' ship, with a hull and shields, and weapons.
OOC: And a Shadow Planet Killer could barely be taken down by what essentially amounted to suicide weapons (Thanix cannons). Sam wiped one out... alone... without a ship...
And this is her daughter... who's going through puberty...

Imagine if it was your daughter.
Voporak: If I had a child, and one happened to threaten the timeline, I would still be making decisions based on the greater good. I'm going to stop her, Sam, but I cannot guarantee her life. Do you want billions upon billions of lives changed and wiped out because of one person throwing a fit?
Look, I'll propose a deal for you. You go do what you can, but the moment she starts making any bad changes I am going after her with weapons. Understood?

And Voporak... I never forgot you, and what you did for us. I don't just consider you an ally - I consider you a friend. Thank you.

See my point yet? :P
OOC: I could pull more of my tricks out of the bag (like the ability to bring in more ships from past times), but let's not go there. We can keep 1-upping each other till the cows come home, but I'd rather not. Let's just see how it plays out.

OOC: I wasn't one-upping, just pointing out how ridiculously powerful Tara A is. In honesty, I like the idea that her and Voporak are on the same level. Adds an interesting element.
This is also the reason I've limited Angel's presence in Tara and Dani to a defensive measure, otherwise I'd be causing way too much power creep for my liking.
Unless you've got some of that energy stuff too, don't even bother saying anything about put me on trial or whatnot for TRIBBLE around with time.
Terry: Nothing of the sort.. Just saying doing this and fighting the Elibisi is more than enough to be remembered. Admiral Dorman thought highly of you and still does... As a matter in fact most of the people that wanted you on trial are probably dead anyway. So no.. By the way I found you because you put off some thing that does make you easy to find. But don't worry too much... I wouldn't bother messing with you no point in it.
Besides if I may answer your previous inquiry, yes I do... still getting the hang of it though...
Don't mind the eyes.. thats what happens when the Romulans think it funny to stuff you full of dangerous synthetic drugs they know barely anything about it.
*The Being pops up again...*
*Terry facepalms once again*
Being: What is all the looks for?
Terry: First what are you?
Being: Oh I can't really say with you around but you won't know for quite some time. So please do return to your ship your needed there.
Terry: Okay but one thing. Voporak I can pin point her location the same way I can find you... But take her out non-lethally... Like any person she can be knocked out.
*With that he steps through his portal and returns to his ship..*
Being: Well since you are probably wondering.. I am what they call a trickster a sort of Cheshire cat made up from the many parts of living things. One of whom is that young man that just left. He doesn't know yet but he will. Why I pester you is merely for my amusement and lets say drive for you.. Am I your enemy.. No.. I don't want to kill you that would end my fun..

Derek Ross: Does another Federation Civil War sound like a good thing? Turns out this was not the brain child of the Federation but of Section 31 and Reinhart. They capitalized on the fear of Newtypes and gained power. She now has the Starfleet that did not leave with me. Also elements of the Tal Shiar, Klingon Great Houses, Breen, and Tholians are in on this thing. The reason the President did not want to say no to her was how much support they do have.
It is going to come to blows sooner or later.. I don't want a separate government, I want and believe in what the Federation stood for.
Rei: There is not much you could have done. Even I would not have followed the orders of Reinhart.
Val: Given the destruction of the Prototype vessel I was working on and was nearly finished with...
Bat'rak: One ship... I don't think that would make much difference.
Derek: I would not be so sure. I had them move the Possibility to a nebula outside of the immediate area..
Shelana: Who is the Captain of that ship?
Derek Ross: Dorman..
Shelana: I thought it was past time for that.
Derek: Well since his wife's death I can't blame him really. He took it really hard.

Ryan: Believe me, Admiral, this is the last thing I want. During the Civil War, DS61 stayed out of the fighting, but if this triggers another Federation Civil War... DS61 will be the first battleground. That weighs heavily on my mind.
But, I'd never forgive myself if I did nothing and let Raiser abduct New-Types from this station like hired thugs. At least this way, New-Types have one place in the quadrant where they're safe from persecution.
*Meanwhile, Promenade. Sam is walking through the crowds of people when she sees Tara A. Tara A sees her and stats moving further into the crowds. Sam tries to follow.*
Sam: Tara...
*Two security guards spot her.*
Security 1: I thought the Starfleet personnel were still on their ships waiting for us to find space for them?
Security 2: They are...
*He pulls out his tricorder.*
Look... her combadge isn't active.
Come on.
*As Sam continues to try and tail Tara, the two security officers stop her.*
Security 1: Excuse me, Lieutenant Commander.
Sam: What are you--?
Security 1: Can you come with us please?
*Sam looks as she loses sight of Tara A.
10 minutes later. Ryan walks into the security office as Chief Warrant Officer Michael Reynolds sits at his desk.*
Ryan: Well, chief?
Reynolds: I have a mystery on my hands, Captain. This women in the holding cell? We have access to databases containing the identities of every Starfleet Officer ever commissioned. She isn't in any of them. What's more...
*He throws Ryan her combadge.*
That combadge? It's made out of duridium.
Ryan: Duridium?
Reynolds: That's not all. Her phaser is 100% replicated.
Ryan: The power cell--
Reynolds: I know - it can't be replicated. But, it is.
Here's her tricorder. It uses some kind of holographic haptic interface that is decades ahead of us. The UI is completely different to anything I've seen starfleet use.
Open the access panel.

Ryan: 'R.S.S. Enterprise'?
*OOC: Okay.. I am going to have to ask... Which Enterprise are you referring to?*
*Terry and the Enterprise J make their way to the station... the Preserver... notes something.. *
Preserver: Even a whole century and a half and that station looks the same as it does in our time. You humans are so consistent in your construction..
Wade: Nah trust me they do have a really good bar there.. Can't remember the name of it.. Makes me wonder if it is here in this century..
Terry: Don't bet on it. Besides consistency is okay and if something works don't fix it until it does not work anymore.
Fox: That goes without saying..
S'darg: Hell my people haven't even made it to this galaxy yet. thats another what less than a dozen?
Rissa: Eight more years to be exact. Trust me Darg they would not know what I was either.
Wade: Saucy is what I would say..
Rissa: Wade you always know what to say to knock me off my feet.
Terry: Alright... Fox keep the ship steady and keep evading the ships parked here. If Admiral Forrester is around here which I suspect he is... then we keep in some kind of patrol pattern.
Rissa make sure we are not giving off anything suspicious to these people.
and Chief... I need you to pull schematics of the station of this year...

OOC: ??? He quite clearly says 'R.S.S. Enterprise', meaning the Republic ship.
*The Chief turns to his station.*
Chief: Shouldn't be difficult. For the most part, the station's internal layout didn't change at all after the Shadow War.
Okay, I've downloaded the schematics to these...
*He walks over to a replicator and withdraws an appropriate number of period-accurate tricorders.*
You're going to have to avoid station security's interest. Keep a low profile. That means civilian clothing. Starfleet would draw too much attention and station personnel know their own people too well.
*Derek Ross looks at the tricorder as does Rei... but she looks at the phaser... *
Rei: A type 2 by looks of it. But I have not seen anything like this before. *Val comes up with a tricorder of his own...*
Val: Interesting...
Reynolds: There's more. We scanned her uniform. Same deal - replicated - but it was made of a different fabric. Its stronger, lighter, and more insulative. She's definitely not Starfleet.
Ryan: I think it's time I had a word with our 'guest'.
Ross, feel free to join me.
*Ryan walks into the detention area and moves towards Sam's cell.*
My name's Captain Ryan Allington.
*Sam remains silent.*
Who are you?
How'd you get here? Internal sensors don't show you arriving at customs and you didn't beam over.
Your equipment isn't starfleet issue. In fact, the technology is beyond us.
Are you with the Dominion? The Tholians? The Tobireans?
Why are you here?
*Ryan sighs, before pulling out his PADD.*
It says here that you're a 5th generation trill-human hybrid... but there's a genetic marker there that we can't identify. Are you an augment?
You know, I can hand you over to the Federation for impersonating a Starfleet Officer.

For god's sake, say something.
Derek Ross: I doubt she is an augment there would be something more to it... This needs more analysis.. Should hand it to Admiral Val..
But from what her lack of answers is telling me is that she is from a different timeline. She is simply following protocol but what bothers me is why she is here.

Sam: Starfleet Academy, second year, 23rd November.
*Ryan looks at her in shock.*
Ryan: How the hell do you know--?
Sam: Risky move, captain. Coulda wound up with a kid before--

Okay, I stand corrected. Can you give us a minute?

Carter: this is ghost carter to station commander Ryan. I request permission to come aboard and speak to you please. It is urgent and deals with the raisers.
Andoria
Rommel is wearing a winter suit and is completely covered. Firefly walks around looking around on alert.
Rommel: this way. He was once a member of Odin and ghosts. He will be able to get what we need to finish our work.

In Cold Blood
Imagine if it was your daughter.

*Ryan turns to the viewscreen.*
Ryan: Understood.
Matt, route them to Bay Nine.
*OOC: Confusion approaching. Somehow, Matt from the C26th winded up with the EXACT SAME NAME as this Matt, so, for the sake of our sanities, this is P. Matt (Past Matt).*
P. Matt: The Talarian Freighter's in Bay Nine.
Ryan: Do we have an open docking port?
P. Matt: No.
Ryan: Fine, beam him over.

OOC: And a Shadow Planet Killer could barely be taken down by what essentially amounted to suicide weapons (Thanix cannons). Sam wiped one out... alone... without a ship...
And this is her daughter... who's going through puberty...
See my point yet? :P

Understood?
Sam: Understood.
*She turns to leave.*
And Voporak... I never forgot you, and what you did for us. I don't just consider you an ally - I consider you a friend. Thank you.
*Sam vanishes in a subdued flash of white light.*

OOC: I singled this out because I like it too.
Voporak: And now we wait...
*Voporak eyes Terry*
Unless you've got some of that energy stuff too, don't even bother saying anything about put me on trial or whatnot for TRIBBLE around with time.
Carter: thank you for allowing me to come over. Rommel wanted me to come speak to you about the raisers and if you had any plans on dealing with them.
But since you are busy I will say farewell...
*Ryan takes the tricorder and opens the access panel, reading the ID tag.*
Ryan: 'R.S.S. Enterprise'?

Andoria
Rommel and firefly are both walking through deep caves as the search for the contact.
Rommel: have some faith. I know this Andorian very well he won't let us down. We will sleep here tonight.
Firefly: as you wish.
Rei: A type 2 by looks of it. But I have not seen anything like this before. *Val comes up with a tricorder of his own...*
Val: Interesting...

*OOC: 6 hour binge class schedule.. My brain is nearly fried. So I realize it now. *
Terry: Alright.. Wade... you and I are going down to the station... Chief you have the comm..
Oh and chief don't damage the ship too badly she is brand new.
Ryan: That's quite an assumption to make from the fact that she's keeping her mouth shut, Derek.
Sam: Starfleet Academy, second year, 23rd November.
*Ryan looks at her in shock.*
Ryan: How the hell do you know--?
Sam: Risky move, captain. Coulda wound up with a kid before--
Ryan: Okay, stop!
*He looks back at Ross.*
Okay, I stand corrected. Can you give us a minute?
