Ooc: like Reinhart and her people aren't lol. Should let you know either the suit is now a part of Rommel. I'll at least not budging there. She can't have or take it off him
OOC: What I had in mind... ah forget it. Bad day today... So go on.
Rommel: well I had hoped you had had a few ales where busy at sd 61 an all. Thought I'd go for a spin.anaged to find some interesting data on how you made your new types an te raisers. I gotta say I'm impressed. But you really of all people you taking my plans and utterly destroying what I had planned.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Ross: I don't think they are at all worried about that it would have went off when we hit them. Ryan I am telling you get to the sick bay.
Return fire.
*Back at the station*
Teska: Oh Admiral. You are out of line. You see we have interplanetary law on our side. They attacked us and aided and abeded known persons of interest to the security of the galaxy. Also Admiral Rommel is a known criminal and murderer of millions. The members of starfleet that think he is now temporarily reinstated have been taken in for treason. I suggest you return home and stand down. For we have found the culprit of Ryan's abductor and Admiral Ross is dealing with it. We are only carrying out our mandate. Here is all the evidence you will need.
Now leave before our armada escorts you out. We will reintegrate Deep Space 61 back into its sovereignty, after its personnel are taken in custody for breaking interplanetary.
law.
*Many Raiser vessels appear and they are numerous easily out gunning the fleet, and out matching them 5 to 1*
We will not attack you so stand down we have the the people in custody and will process them for trial. Admiral Rommel has also been captured here too so this makes our visit all the more worth while.
*Shows a vid of Rommel attacking personnel and trying to commit more atrocities.*
Since we have done our job. We will be leaving. If any of your vessels fire on us we will take you in as well for obstruction of justice and numerous counts of attempted murder.
Man: Commander, this is Director Thomas Forrester, Director of the Interplanetary Commission of Political and Legal Affairs. In other words, your boss. According to records from Klingon and Federation Vessels in orbit of Qonos', a Raiser patrol arrested Captain Ryan Allington, Commander John O'Neil, and General Ja'rod without an active arrest warrant, or permission from the Klingon Empire. Evidence has been found of other, similar failures in Due process and violations of National Sovereignty all over the Quadrant. Under Interstellar Law, you have invaded Deep Space 61, a station which has no membership in the Raiser Alliance, therefore outside your jurisdiction, and violated it's Sovereignty, warranting lethal force against your troops. In compliance with Interstellar Law, you are ordered to Surrender to the authorities and release all Station Personnel. Failure to comply will result in Lethal Force.
*As a prisoner transport leaves the Station, a Cardassian Vessel siezes it and arrest the Raiser Personnel and release the DS61 Crewmen. As Raiser ships move in to attack, an armada of Romulan vessels, including the Flagship of the Imperial Navy, decloak and destroy the Raiser Vessels, now allowing the Quadrant Coalition to outnumber Raiser 3 to 1.*
*FNN Broadcast*
Reporter: As a result of illegal actions committed by Raiser, including the seizure of the Freeport and Independent State Deep Space 61, a combined force of every Alpha and Beta Quadrant Power, plus the Dominion, have declared War on Raiser, culminating in a Flashpoint at Deep Space 61. More details as they become available.
*Rator III. A unit of 60 MACO, Honor Guard, and Tal Shiar troops storm the Raiser Base and arrest or kill 89 Raiser Operatives with harmonic Weapons and standard weapons, disabling and incapacitating enemy New-Types, eventually reaching Admiral Reinhart and Admiral Rommel.*
MACO: Admiral Reinhart, you are under arrest! Don't try anything! We have transporter disruptors in operation!
*The troops release Admiral Rommel*
*FNN Broadcast*
Reporter: In a daring Raid on a Raiser base outside Neuva Roma City on Rator III, Allied Special Ops groups have captured Admiral Reinhart. In other news, the battle at Deep Space 61 continues to Rage, with another 20 ships having been destroyed in the last 2 hours. Station forces have joined the Coalition liberation Force from patrols nearby. The U.S.S. Possibility still remains missing, along with Admiral Derek Ross.
This now coming in, Commander John O'Neil and General Ja'rod have been rescued by the Coalition insertion team on Rator III.
Rommel: lock her up tight if I know her she will have a plan.
As e drops to the ground he tests his armor again making sure it works properly.
Rommel: cortana you still in there.
Cortana : of course I hid in the shield layer of your suit letting her delete my copy i still have most of the information we retrieved as well.
Rommel: good job cortana. ( looks at the maco commander) you better get everyone locked up. An keep them all in separate cells. Reinhart has allies everywhere. Don't let anyone near her.

MACO Lt.: Sir?
MACO Commander: Do it. Lock 'em up, no one sees them. No one. System on auto.
Rommel: goo now if you excuse me there is still data I need from her office.
*Admiral Reinhart's office. As Rommel is about to access her computer.*
Voice: Don't bother. *A figure advances from his seclusion in the shadowy corner. It is Franklin Drake.* Hello again Matthew. How's your criminal Empire doing. Oh, don't bother calling for help. I suspect the MACOs are having difficulty with their communicators at this moment, and it'd only cut short our chat.

Section 31 has an assignment for you.
Rommel: well if it isn't section 31 poster boy. What do you want drake. Tell me and I'll think about it.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Rommel: well if it isn't section 31 poster boy. What do you want drake. Tell me and I'll think about it.
Drake: Reinhart wiped her computer before the Sharks captured her. I know where she kept her backup. Earth. A small estate outside Manningtree. I can't go there myself, naturally. Nor can anyone else in S31, so I'm reduced to using identifiable assets. That's you, by the way. Now, I know what you're going to say. "Why should I accept such a dangerous assignment?". *Moves to the door* You're a patriot.
*Before leaving*
Drake: Poster boy, eh? So, you think I'm important enough to be the face of Section 31? Thank you. That makes me feel much better about our relationship. Oh, by the way, there's a story on FNN you'll wanna catch up on. *Leaves*

Smiles to himself oh drake you just made my day. And to think do you really think I'll just give you the information. Cortana get me the coordinates and enter stealth mode. Also patch me into fnn
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Cortana: i have the location of the estate. I'm reading a squad of raisers there as well. There power will be nullified by the suit but they are still armed and dangerous.
Rommel: nothing we can't handle. Any update in fnn.
Cortana: not yet but I'm monitoring them closely.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
OOC: Sorry, I've had a hectic couple of days. Anything from Allen?
FNN Broadcast: Coming to you, September 6, 2416, at 2233 Earth Standard time, is the Special News Bulletin from the FNN. The Federation News Network, bringing you Interstellar broadcasts since 2165. FNN, the galaxy's most important...
*Deep Space Nine*
Captain James Kurland: I wish he'd shut up and get on with it!
FNN: Breaking news! The Coalition Forces have successfully liberated Space Station Deep Space 61, after a bloody, 3 day, battle. Unfortunately, all Raiser personnel commited suicide, rather than be taken prisoner. In related news, shock captivated Federation Senate and Council Chambers today, after the mystery escape of Admiral Reinhart, who somehow vanished from her cell on the U.S.S. Alcatraz approximately 9 hours ago. Starfleet Security and Intelligence beuraus are baffled, but promise a full investigation is underway.
In other news, the U.S.S. Possibility returned to Earth today, after a 4 day battle in the Delta Volanis Star Cluster with an, as yet, unidentified ship. Speculation suggests that the crew are aware of the identities of their attackers, but were rushed into debriefing before we could seak to any of them.
Also, we can now...
Kurland: You can all breath now. We're in the clear, for the moment.
*OOC: I left Reinhart open so you, Allen, can use her again when you get back.*
Rommel sits in a bar in Berlin when he hears the fnn report.
He walks out activates his suit. And heads out.
Rommel: cortana do we have anything on Reinhart.
Cortana: no but seeing how much she probably hates you now I dodgy we will have to wait long.
*Deep Space 61, a Federation Runabout lands in the Hangar bay, with the Bay doors closing behind it. As the nacelles power down, the airlock at the side opens, allowing Captain Allington, flanked by two Starfleet Officers, a Captain and a Lieutenant Commander, to leave the craft. Coptain Saph stands in front of the entryway to the room, smiling upon seeing Ryan alive and well.*
Daya: You're late.
Ryan: Had to fight an upgraded B'rel built to fight with Omega Weapons. Took up a lot of our time. Not like anything eventful happened while I was gone.
Daya: You mean, aside from the Station being invaded by a hostile force, me being beaten a quarter way to death and the Ambassadorial Wing being overrun with tribbles?
Ryan: You didn't mention the tribbles.
Daya: A parting gift from Raiser. *Glances at the Starfleet Personnel, before raising an eyebrow at Ryan, who knows full well what she's thinking*
Ryan: Right. This is Captain Jonathon Dale and Lieutenant Commander Saron.
Dale: Captain. *Extends his arm to shake her hand, as she accepts the human gesture of freindship, which she's gotten used to.*
Saron: Live Long and Prosper *He raises his hand in a Vulcan Salute, which Daya returns.*
Ryan: This is Captain Marilla Saph. She's the CO of the Darwin, our survey ship.
Daya: He left out the fact that it's our ONLY survey ship.
Ryan: You're doing a great job of making us look self-sufficient. *Sarcasm*
Daya: Thank you! *Smiles at him, before turning around, to lead the group out.*
We've got about a dozen Coalition Ships waiting for berths, as well as freighters from the Forace II and Daross IX Colonies. There's also an FNN reporter asking for an exclusive interview with you. Admiral Quinn said he'd like to speak with you over Subspace, as soon as you have a moment, and we've started moving the evacuees out of the Veil. *They walk onto the Promenade, seeing several white lights with people walking out, being greeted by medical officers and checked over. Some are Station personnel. The group walks into a Turbolift.*
Ryan: We'll need a staff meeting with all the Senior Staff, plus the other Defence ship captains. *Looks at Daya, noticing part of her hair's been cut away and seeing a bruise on the side of her head. It wouldn't be so easy to notice, if it wasn't disturbing the pattern of markings going down the side of her head. He turns Daya's head to look at him, before nodding towards the bruise* What happened here?
Daya: The Station was a Warzone. *Brushes her hair away from her face* Long story. I'll explain later.
Ryan: Over Dinner?
Daya: Promenade replicators are offline. Your place or mine?
Dale: Ahem. Did we just become invisible?
Saron: I'll never understand the Human Capacity to become oblivious to their surroundings when presented by emotional intrigue.
*The Turbolift stops. As the group steps off, Ryan looks around the Ops level, seeing only the skeleton-sized backup crew*
Ryan: Where's Matt?
Daya: Sickbay. He got hit by a Raiser New-type trying to shut down life-support.
Ryan: It got that bad?
Daya: Worse. The FNN reporter's in your office.
Ryan: Great... Which one?
Daya: The only one you DON'T want to avoid at all costs.
Ryan: A likeable journalist? I thought that was the stuff of fairy tales!
Daya: Just do the interview. When you're done, we can deal with the staff meeting.
*Ryan enters his office to see the site of a dark-skinned man in his mid to late 50s, wearing a Cardassian-tailored suit with a blue shirt underneath. As the man stands up, Ryan shakes his hand*
Ryan: An honour to meet you, Mr. Sisko.
Jake Sisko: The honour is mine, Captain.
Ryan: Well, shall we begin? *Sits behind his desk, motioning for Jake to sit opposite*
Jake: Thank you. *Sits down* Now, Captain, I understand you've recently been involved in an altercation in the Delta Volanis Sector Block.
Ryan: Yes.
Jake: Could you elaborate on that?
Ryan: I'm afraid that due to the nature of the events, Starfleet has sealed the records, and, as required by the information treaty between Deep Space 61 and the Federation, only Senior Station Personnel have been granted access to that information. Your father was a Starfleet Captain. You know the life.
Jake: True. How did you get aboard the U.S.S. Possibility in the first place? Last anyone knew, you were on the Klingon Homeworld, just hours before the Possibility went missing.
Ryan: I'm afraid I can't really answer that. Now, I know one of your next questions will ask about the new-types, correct?
Jake: I thought I was asking the questions? Yes. Where did the Station send the New-types to protect them from Raiser Forces?
Ryan: There's this... place... in Space and time where all living things are intertwined and the wonders of the Celestial Galaxy and the Time continuum can be observed by those with a link to it. Millions of years ago, there was an alliance of worlds consisting of the Iconians, Preservers, Shedai and Sentinels. They were all Guardians of a point in our Galaxy that intersected with this dimensional plane. The Iconians called it "The Great Veil", the Shedai and Sentinels called it "The Rift"... The Veil isn't actually so much a place as it is... an entity.
Jake: Could you elaborate?
Ryan: It's an... all encompassing consciousness in our dimension, with it's body being another dimension itself. It's somehow not limited by the concept of linear time, it can view events that have already happened , or will happen. It's hard to explain. When I saw the Veil, I developed a telepathic link with it. I can call to it, and go to it. I can see everything it can, when I'm there. It's...
Jake: Like God?
Ryan: I wouldn't go that far. I don't think it created the universe, it doesn't seem to have told me so. But, it does seem genuinely concerned and interested in life in our Dimension.
Jake: Could you be more specific?
Ryan: Like it... Like a child about an ant colony, I guess.
Jake: I see. You mean it's curious?
Ryan: More than that! It has an emotional connection with the life in our Galaxy. When we had to move the New-types, it provided a space where they could stay and live in harmony.
Jake: It almost sounds like you're talking about Heaven.
Ryan: Maybe. What I'm about to say may sound unscientific, or insane, even, but, when I'm in the Veil, I really feel like I'm in Heaven. Like, maybe, those stories in the Bible about New Jerusalem might be true.
Jake: You mentioned the Iconians.
Ryan: That was before they were driven from their world. After being driven from Iconia, they became Xenophobic. But, before that, they were a deeply peaceful people, dedicated to Art, Science... They were like us. Two of them became Guardians to the Veil.
Jake: Guardians?
Ryan: Like all intelligent life, the Veil gets lonely, and needs emotional and social support from time to time. The Guardians serve as friends, councillors, even teachers.
Jake: Teaching what?
Ryan: Teaching about US! About life in our dimension! Love, pain, fear... how we get past, or embrace them. How we deal with the twilight between life and death... Is this seeming like a bad fantasy film to you?
Jake: Still a better love story than Twilight. How did that pile of rubbish even WARRANT a 24th Century Remake?!
Ryan: The 22nd Century films were actually remakes themselves! They were actually BETTER than the originals!
Jake: Okay, back on topic. I have to ask you something, a lot of folks back home are asking. Is it worth it? All the pain and suffering from going to space? Should we just return to our roots and right Inter-Stellar travel off as a bad idea?
Ryan: No. We have to stay out here, and I'll give you simple reason why. If you ask 10 different Scientists about anything in the world, you'll get 10 different answers. But, there's one thing every scientist on Earth agrees on: that whether it happens in a hundred years, a thousand years, or a million years, our sun will eventually grow cold, and go out. And when it does, it won't just take us. It'll take Einstein, Marie Curie, Stan Lee, Florence Nightingale, Old Yeller, and ALL of this, will have been for nothing... unless we go to the stars.
*A few hours later, the interview is aired on FNN.*
Rommel sits in a corner of a dim lit cantina On earth. Watching the fnn report He slides the data from admiral reinharts data base in his hands. Cortana is silently going thought the data he received. Trying to locate her as well. Rommel sits thinking about all that has happened throught the years. Something he tends to avoid. He soon gets up and heads out I te cool clear night. Thinking of what could have happened the Ross. He has not heard from him in weeks now and his sources in starfleet haven't either.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Rommel is soon sitting alone in his run about traviling back to vanguard station to continue his organization. He soon notices a blinking light on the console. He taps it an sees he has a recorded message. He taps a few controls then lets is play.
Susan: Matthew when you et this I will have left the station and will be long gone. We have been through hell an back and you have made me stronger. But with admiral Reinhart lose and the raisers looking for me I can't stay and put you or your work in danger. So I have left Matthew. I hope you don't mind but I took the Excalibur it is time I move on matthew. And I hope you move on to. Never forget how much I love you. Good by Matthew.
As the message ends Rommel can't bring himself to say anything though he soon realizes there is no one else to say anything to. He soon here's cortana.
Cortana: she's already out of range I tried to find her.
Rommel: thank you cortana.
Rommel looks out the viewport and into the stars. He soon arrives on the station and heads to his office to see if any reports have come in from his agents. While there is no report on Reinhart he sees they made a large amount of credits while he was away. He soon calls an agent speakers to him briefly and then sends the agent away. There is to be a celebration at there Catina tonight celebrating there victory agains the raiser attack. He soon buts on his suit. And heads for the Catina maybe a criminals party will take his mind off recent events. As he enters the loud shouting gambling and drinking stop.
Lord Shadow: continue for today we celebrate.
The celebration soon continues.
Occ: his shadow uniform is going to be a mix of like armor and sith robes just so you can picture it.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."
Soon after hours of celebration it soon ends. And the next morning Shadow soon enters a large room were a line of recruits stand
Shadow: you all have been selected by my agents as possible candidates to join my organization. Well if you survive my training you will be one step closer. You all are currently week and no good. If you follow my orders and learn I'll hone you into well trained killing machines.
The trainees all look around at each other. Shadow throws each of them swords fashioned after samurai swords. First you will train with these. Ten hand to hand and then weapons.
After hours of practice he sends te recruits to other trainers. Soon Shadow is alone training again with his sword and weapons. Soon a starfleet officer in a commodores uniform walks in. Shadow finishes his slice ten puts up his sword.
Shadow: so I see you got my message.
Commodore: yes I did. My team still has nothing on Reinhart or Ross. How long till you can get us new MACOs.
Shadow: I've started training a new batch now. The first one I almost done. These things take time jones.
Commodore jones : I know but I need MACOs ad I need them fast. After Reinhart a all I need all the men I can get my hands on.
Shadow: don't worry you will get them and they will be the best.
The commodore soon walks away as shadow soon stands alone in the training center. He puts on his helmet and heads out. His image as he walks suggest one of power and one to be feared. And people do.

*Deep Space 61, Lower Levels. A young girl, only in her teens, is running. Her irises are slightly growing. She's a New-type. Or, at least, that's what her pursuers think. She trips to the ground and a man, wearing tattered clothes, presses a commercial phaser rifle to the back of her skull.*
Man: Say "Goodnight", freak!
*A phaser beam hits into the back of him and his comrades, falling to reveal Ryan standing behind them holding a phaser pistol.*
Ryan: Goodnight. *Holsters his side-arm. Helps the girl up.* Are you okay? *The girl nods. Ryan looks at her eyes, noticing the glow around her irises.* You're a new-type?
Girl: No. At least, I don't think so.
*A few hours later, DS-61 Infirmary*
Ryan: Well?
Doctor: Apart from a few bruises, and a case of malnutrition, she seems fine.
Ryan: She was being chased by purists.
Security Chief: You mean "racists"! Just let me head down below with a security task force. I can cut the crime rate down--
Ryan: Most of the people down there are just people with no where to go. The can't afford a ticket off-station so they get trapped here. You can't arrest someone for being in poverty!
Security Chief: No, but Assault and Attempted Murder, that I can arrest someone for!
Ryan: Which you've been doing for five years. Purists aren't going away overnight. We need to find a way to protect people from them, alright, but we can't "infringe" on their right of expression. At least, not until they start expressing themselves with a phaser.
Doctor: She's not a new-type.
Ryan: Pardon?
Doctor: I said, "she's not a new-type".
Ryan: Hold on, her eyes were glowing when I found her!
Doctor: She's a mutant. She was on-station when the Omega Event happened. Her body's changed as a result of normal evolution. Here, look. *Leads the two to the girl. The glow in her eye is gone* She's not a new-type. She's a natural Human Telekinetic. I've checked.
Ryan: Hold on. I thought that was--
Doctor: Human telepaths have been springing up over the last two years or so. Telekinetics have been rumoured aswell.
Girl: What's going to happen to me?
Doctor: The mutation turned itself on due to her age. She's an adolescent.
Ryan: She's also in the room. Manners, Doctor.
Doctor: Sorry. *Clears throat* The mutation's stopped. But, you abilities are still developing. *Turns to Ryan* I'd recommend contacting the Lethean Homeworld. They may be able to help.
Ryan: Do I even HAVE to point out how insane that idea is?! I'll call the Therosans. They're telekinetics. What happened? Why were those men chasing you?
Girl: I... I was just walking when I saw this guy... he was being beaten. It looked like he was wearing some kind of device on his forehead.
Ryan: Metal, Circular, blue blinking light with a glyph on the side?
Girl: Yeah. Then, suddenly, one of the guys beating him just flew into the wall. I just... froze! They looked at me and suddenly they were chasing me! *Her irises begin to glow, and a rack of test cylinders behind them crash to the floor*
Doctor: Dammit! *Walks over to pick up the damage*
Girl: Sorry.
Ryan: It's alright. Damn. Bill, put out a security alert. *Turns to the security officer next to him* The Purists are using Omega Dampers.
Security Chief: Right! It's not going to be easy stopping these guys, Captain. The problem is, there's too many people who agree with them and even more who just don't give a damn.
Ryan: Then make them give a damn! I won't tolerate discrimination on my Station! *Turns back to the girl, kneeling down so he's at eye level with her.* What's your name?
Girl: K... Kara. Kara Paross.
Ryan: Paross? That's Sentili, isn't it?
Girl: I just... heard it somewhere. I can't remember really well. One moment, someone's calling my Kara...
Ryan: Ah. That explains it.
Girl: What?
Ryan: "Paross" is the Sentili word for "Insect".
Girl: Seriously?! *Laughs a little* They went as low as to call me an insect! Wow, that's low!
Ryan: Yeah! *Laughs a bit with her* Can you remember your last name?
Girl: No...
Ryan: Okay. Do you remember your age?
Girl: 5?
Ryan: Genetically, you're closer to 14 or 15. That means you've either not been raised knowing your age, or you've got amnesia. Or both.
*Shadow Station, Lord Shadow's base of operations. Not to mention a free port and Pirate's cove to every form of lowlife from Nausicaan Raiders to Orion Slavers to Merchants selling "Illegal" lasers. In all of this chaos and, basically, disorder, a man stands next to a cage containing a group of Slaves waiting for auction. He's approached by a guard, who forgets he's seen him when handed a small bag of latinum. He looks at an Orion Female (Not REMOTELY in the way you're thinking!) as she just nods to him. He pulls out a Federation Issue Phaser and shoots the lock*
Man: Starfleet Security! Everybody down! *No-one reacts, with the guards just slowly advancing, weapons drawn, as the women just face-palms*
Women: Wow, John. You REALLY thought this plan through!
John: Yeah. This worked better in my head! *Grabs her arm and hits his stealth unit, cloaking the two.*
*A few minutes later, a freighter leaves the Station, heading towards the Federation at maximum warp. On the bridge, the Orion Women walks in, now wearing a Starfleet Uniform Undershirt, as John turns from the helm and hands her a hypo*
Women: What's this?
John: Your Pheromone Suppressant? Remember?
Women: Oh. Thanks.
John: You're the one who asked for it, Tara.
Tara: Yes, I do remember. But, it leaves a sting in my arm for an hour.
John: And so does being hit by a phaser on stun! The difference is, a phaser on stun lasts longer and hurts more! I deal with it!
Tara: You know, sometimes I wonder why I tolerate having you as a handler.
*Deep Space 61, Captains Allington's and Saph's quarters*
Ryan: She's just a kid, Ambassador. If you could just bring someone who can help her control her abilities...
Therosan Ambassador: I sympathise, Captain. I really do. But, she's already been attacked once. I can't put one of my people at risk of being caught in the crossfire.
Ryan: My only other options are no-option options! Send for a Lethean Telekinetic, ask for Undine Support, who are still wary of us enough to be more likely to Vivisect her than train her, or leave her as she is.
Therosan Ambassador: Have you considered the Endublan? They have had telekinetics for the last 200 years, and are better equipped to send someone hear to help.
Ryan: They're also just outside Dominion space, in the Gamma Quadrant.
So I hear you are looking to train someone. Hm. Well I'm sendin you a man that I think can help you. His name is Sta'Ris. I dont know his race but he is highly trained in usin mental powers. I will send him your way.
" Now the gate has been unlatched headstones pushed aside; corpses shift and offer room ,a fate you must abide."

*Deep Space 61*
Ryan: Well?
Matt: No idea who he is, but I've got something on Sta'Ris. He's got ties to the Criminal Underworld. Specifically, the "Shadow Syndicate".
Ryan: Trace the next transmission from our "friend", and notify Starfleet Security we may be able to help them with Lord Shadow.
Matt: What about his offer?
Ryan: I've already got someone on the way to help Kara control her abilities. If this Sta'Ris shows up, treat him like a regular visitor, but place him under red-level surveillance. If he so much as spits on the deckplate, take him in.
Matt: I know it's a metaphor, but, on what charge?
Ryan: Vandalism.
Matt: For spitting on the deckplate?
Ryan: Don't you have anything better to do?
Matt: No.
Ryan: Just my luck...
Matt: How's the Girl?
Ryan: Her quarters look like a warzone.
Matt: So... she's still having trouble with her abilities?
Ryan: I said her quarters are like a warzone. She's a teenager. That's normal. Except when she's accidentally turned her neighbours' quarters into an apocalyptic nightmare.
Matt: She's definitely going to need some help controlling her abilities. You know, the Board of Telepathic Abilities back home has some skill with this--
Ryan: She's in our jurisdiction, Matt. If we ask the Federation for help with this, it'll look like we're not ready for independence! Besides, I don't like what I've heard about BOTA. They seem little different to Raiser. They monitor and control high-level TPs and TKs! She's going to be like a new plaything for them! I'm not having it! She's staying in our jurisdiction, unless she decides otherwise. Clear?
Matt: One thing. Are we doing this for her sake, or for political face?
Ryan: Her sake. Political face is just another problem I've got to deal with because of this. Did you know, that since it became public knowledge of what she is, I've gotten 15 requests to place her in a cell, 27 requests to put her under guard, and 112 requests to throw her off station! ALL of them from people suspected of Hate crimes against New-types.
Matt: She's not a--
Ryan: That's part of the problem. She's developing her abilities naturally, not as a result of the Northman Event, nor is she going through what Allen, Mitchell or Dorman went through. She's a product of Natural Selection and Evolution. Next thing you know, we'll have people manipulating metal with their minds, shooting lasers out of their eyes, etc. and Giant Robots built by the Government trying to capture or kill them!
Matt: Sir? What have you been smoking?
Ryan: Old Earth Fiction, Matt. Marvel Comics, give them a read. They're good.
Anyway, I've got a Press Conference tomorrow to explain to the Public what we're gonna do about this, and I'm quoting straight from FNN here, "Menace to Galactic Security"! I thought we had the worst of it with Northman, but there's something worse than that... Reporters!
Comments
OOC: What I had in mind... ah forget it. Bad day today... So go on.
Ooc: well what did you have in mind the ai is no big deal. I want to keep the suit thought.
Just let me know man. I'm cool to change some stuff just keeping my armor

Rommel: admiral Ross come in please admiral Ross please respond.
MACO Lt.: Sir?
MACO Commander: Do it. Lock 'em up, no one sees them. No one. System on auto.
MACO Lt.: Yes, sir.

Rommel: nothing we can't handle. Any update in fnn.
Cortana: not yet but I'm monitoring them closely.

*OOC: Recognise the speech?*

In Cold Blood
Rommel sits in a corner of a dim lit cantina On earth. Watching the fnn report He slides the data from admiral reinharts data base in his hands. Cortana is silently going thought the data he received. Trying to locate her as well. Rommel sits thinking about all that has happened throught the years. Something he tends to avoid. He soon gets up and heads out I te cool clear night. Thinking of what could have happened the Ross. He has not heard from him in weeks now and his sources in starfleet haven't either.
Therosan Ambassador: So?
Ryan: Good point.

So I hear you are looking to train someone. Hm. Well I'm sendin you a man that I think can help you. His name is Sta'Ris. I dont know his race but he is highly trained in usin mental powers. I will send him your way.

Matt: No.
Ryan: Just my luck...

Reporters!
