Osman beams down to the location of the meeting.

Coulson: glad you could make it.

Osman: now coulson behave. I'm here to listen. I'm not suppose to make any major commitments at this moment.

Coulson: I'll try to not push to hard. I believe you haven't met Captain Sheridan yet?

Osman: captain I've read some good reports about you.

    Sheridan: thank you I think.

Coulson: this is Director Osman of Republic Navel Intelligence.

    Sheridan: ma'am.

Coulson: well I better get ready we will start soon.

*Zalchaz(The ch makes a k noise) beams down. She is wearing a black trench coat wrapped around like a robe with armored gloves boots and an armored utility belt. She is wearing a silver ornate helmet with a red screen visor for eyes and a hood covering the helmet. Like almost all known coalition members she hasn't been seen without a helmet.*

Zalchaz: Forgive my tardiness I had to pick up the federation representative.

*Ley also beams down in a typical ambassador uniform*

*They head back to their quarters.

Sanvar IV, R.S.S. Enterprise. Matt is speaking with Garrick, John DeFalco and a captain from one of the carriers.*

Carrier Captain: My fighters can get in close without being detected and start engaging the picket ships. Then, DeFalco's squadron can decloak and make an assault on the larger ships.

DeFalco: I'd still be more comfortable if my ships went in first and your bombers engaged the capital ships with a clear run.

Carrier Captain: I'm concerned that the bombers may not have the firepower to estroy those ships if they get time to raise shields when the SCVs attack.

DeFalco: And I'm equally concerned that your bombers won't be able to take out the pickets before my SCVs attack.

Matt: You have to agree, Captain, that if your bombers can't take out all the support ships, they won't make it home. DeFalco's ships can afford to get into an extended engagement; your strike craft can't.

Matt: We only need a small gap for the bombers to get through... You may be onto something, Captain.

DeFalco: You mean use a couple of my squadron to break open the picket line and have both the bombers and the SCVs go after the capital ships?

Coulson: thank you all for coming. You each will have received a padd with the information I'm going to go over. As you all know the number of threats we have faced recently seems to continually rise. Threats that no one government seems to be able to deal with alone. That is why we are proposing the Galactic Special Strike Force or GSSR for short.

A number of images pop up

Coulson: the GSSR will be made up from multiple special force units from different governments that work as one team to take out galactic threats before they become a threat. They will be overseen by a 5 member council and directed by one man who will answer to said council.

Osman: who do you have in mind to lead this kind of team?

Coulson: I'm glad you asked. Cause he is going to take it from here.

Fury walks out and onto the podium as coulson nods and steps down.

Fury: I know this may raise some questions. And I assure you we will get to any questions you have. But i think it's time you see what has been going on and how I have been preparing for this.

All the padds receive a number of images of highly advanced ships weapons and armor things most of the major powers don't ha e at all and many that where only considered prototype.

Fury: me and some friends have been preparing for this for awhile now. And after recent events figured it was time to bring the rest of the galaxy in.

    DeFalco: That should work.

Matt: Your SCVs will need to give the bombers some breathing room when the rest of the picket ships respond.

DeFalco: If all goes well, we'll be in and out after only a few runs.

Matt: Didn't you learn anything as our science officer on the Republic?

Zalchaz: I can think if a few candidates we'd be willing to dedicate to such an endeavor.

Matt: A frontal assault would be costly. The only other way to minimise our own casualties while maximising impact would be to use the S-50s.

Understandably, I have orders to only use those in crisis situations. I don't think this applies.

DeFalco: Even if this works, we won't be able to destroy the entire Alliance Fleet.

Matt: We don't need to. We just need to make it too dangerous for them to continue to contest the system.

    Fury: glad to hear.

He looks over at the others.

Osman: while I can appreciate what you are trying to do here the republic isn't in a position to be of much help at the moment.

Sheridan: the unsc agrees that this is something that needs to be done and is willing to give towards such an operation.
