A large explosion blows away part of the barrier wall. As odst open fire two pelicans enter the airspace letting off a barrage of missiles and auto weapon fire. Before one gets hit losing a wing and two engines
Pilot: I'm pulling out!
Odst regroup as enemy troops and armor begin entering the base as turrets begin opening fire and micro torpedo launches are fired as well. The base soon turns into a hell hole as the odst are cut down by the amount of enemy troops. Inside the main base as the remaining odst stand in front of the civilians hiding inside.

We don't know how far in nightfall and the others that are in are trying to get hands on shield tech and supplies we need to get hill firefly and anyothers we can get. Then we head to federation space. Plenty of room to hide.
