Fleet Admiral's Log, Stardate: 90048.57

The day that Starfleet Unlimited was officially christened. Welcome curious prospects, Starfleet Unlimited (formerly Pegasus Fleet) would like to invite you to join us on the final frontier and beyond. We are a fleet that offers a variety of what you seek--PVP, PVE, roleplay, casual and deep play. Whether you are male or female, young or mature... you don't have to be great at playing STO to join our fleet, but you can be better and you will be better. Don't let anyone tell you different.

We have a nice group of active people who are here to help you. We ask that you respect your fellow fleet mates, the chain of command and more importantly enjoy the experience of Star Trek Online to the best of your ability. For some time we have been making a name for ourselves as we took on a fresh new start in-game while establishing a new identity.

By joining us, there will be expectations along the way and in return, we will make your time in the SU worthwhile. If you want to start your adventure with people who will treat you like an extended member of the family, then our door is open for you.

You can also get a look at our website nd more information at http://www.sfu.curvelake.com/

Look alive fleet. Now that our website was officially comissioned yesterday and after 4 months of shakedown in-game as Starfleet Unlimited, we can now look onward to a new era. We should be seeing the rest of the team fall in today.

Sigh.....Moving from one office to another office is really tiring & stressful, but its good that there are new changes around here.
I also have a pretty nice view from my window, most ships flies near it to dock and undock, its spectacular.
Office wise, its bigger than my previous one, but I will have to get use to the new furniture and layouts.

Anyways, Admiral Joshua Jones reporting for duty, sir.

And heres a bottle of Chateau Picard, 2309, perfect time to open for the new christening of our new fleet, Starfleet Unlimited.

    Well, isn't that awesome! :D

"Once Season 6 goes live, Fleets may immediately travel to a specific system location and begin projects to construct and advance their Starbase."

From the Ask Cryptic this month. Very interesting, we decided it will be in the Celes System, right? :D

Glad this is up and running. Starfleet Unlimited will grow with the upcoming Season, and only more after that.

Meanwhile, the Diplomacy Division is working to draft some copy for James.

Well, that means the cookie making job is no longer mine, I can finally rest while the new recruits can bake them.
I need to 'try' them of course to see if they are....satisfactory..... :)

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, here: http://forums.startrekonline.com/showpost.php?p=4245957&postcount=122

Turns out we will not be able to choose the place of our starbase. Even worse (And something I really can't comprehend) we won't be able to NAME OUR DANG STARBASES. Whoever decided to not allow that must be on some kind of drug. :(

Eh. We can still have a name for it. I'm not overly worried about it.

Well once again, another promising idea that gets the rug pulled from under people due to tech or company reasons. Looks like we'll have to have another meeting regarding this latest issue this weekend at 2PM EST.

I agree with Roger, though. We can still roleplay the name. I am still looking forward to Season 6, but this is at least a pinch of disappointment though.

EDIT: Just checked the patch notes, tomorrow the new Armitage, the new Akira class gunship, will appear in the Starbase 1 shipyard, alongside the Odyssey, Galaxy, and Excelsior! :D

WOW. Just checked the Shipyard, the Armitage is now in the place of the Odyssey, and the Odyssey where the Excelsior was. That new ship is a beauty, and I think my alt will need to pick it up! :D

After last night and putting it off for a couple of weeks. I recommend playing the Foundry episode "Predetermined Consequences". Lillie came along for the ride for her first Foundry outing and was thoroughly entertained.

It is a fantastic and well-structured episode. It is rather story driven so you have to pay close attention to the dialogue as it is more or less a mystery mission with choices that you will have to make that seem to be planting the seeds for a follow-up as you must stop a scientist from improperly using red matter for his on twisted means.

You will be pleasantly surprised at the visual FX that the author used for the red matter scenes that are mind blowing. This mission is also rather lengthy as depending on your choices will take about an 1hr to about 90 minutes.

Well, it appears that Vincient has already left the fleet. After hootin and hollerin of wanting to join, he leaves after 5 days. Hmm...I wonder if it had something to do with the new bank rules--knowing full well he was completely aware of the changes before he joined.

Or could it be the fleet wasn't the right fit for him. In either case, he's gone but it raises questions.
