Exchange Itens expired

I can´t retrieve my expired exchange items. The button to take item is gray (disabled)

    You need to access a mail terminal.

    I'm having the same problem but I AM at a mail exchange. The button isn't grey, but it still doesn't work.

    Is your inventory full or your duty officer roster full?
