Wow, love the Connie shots. Is there a collection of 'best practices' in this monster thread somewhere that shows how you guys get these great looking shots? I can't usually play with stuff like this from my 'home' computer (it barely manages to play the game at all - if I crank up the bells and whistles, I think it might actually burst into flames!) but I would love to try my hand from work. Just don't have hours to spend 'tweaking' settings or anything. TIA.

Here is a tutorial that I made for my fleet, that could be helpful for people looking to take crazier screen shots
Nice video, tried the jupiterbroadcasting site and tried to check out the google doc, but it says I don't have permission, I guess it's not public.
"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Am I the only one who thinks the size of the Phaser rays emitted from the array is a little to big?
Nope - you're not the only one who thinks like that .. sadly there is not much that can be done about it except "real" postwork and sometimes it helps to adjust the beams in the FX Debugger, but the result often is actually worse.. esp. with Fed phasers - it's more easy to do it with the Borg-, Polaron-, and Undine beams for example. And speaking of size.. most ground weapons are way too big, too.

Okidoki.. even though they were originally planned for tomorrow..
[From "Overgrown Caves" and "The Power Source" featuring Captain (I call all chars Captain even if they're VA or sth like that) Oji Jarok.. yeah I know.. another Jarok, but my two chars with that name were actually planned long before a romulan faction was even considered by Cryptic!] - Oh.. you said less talk.. ok.. without further ado..
...
As always completely without any postwork (except the use of demorecord).

That's a great idea and I thought about that too. I guess many of the posters for screenshots have already created one or more video. Unfortunately, it's not permitted to embed videos in this forum to click & watch them right away. But perhaps we could post the links in a new thread called "EPIC Video Thread is EPIC", each with a small description of the content?
