Can't buy c-points

Is anyone else having this problem? Both in game, and via the website, I can't purchase any cryptic points. This is the message on the website.

"There was an error processing your request"

Is this just happening to me, or has it happened to anyone else?

    I did not have any trouble either yesterday or the day before.

    Have you logged in on web for customer support: Account?

    I know there was a message the other day about account maintenance, so that might have caused it. I paid via the paypal option, and that worked.
