CO C-Points not showing in STO

I just bought some Cryptic points in Champions Online to buy an item that won't use all the points. I was planning to use the left-overs in STO, but the balance doesn't show in STO, only Champs.

I thought Cryptic points were for all Cryptic games?!

Has this changed?

    Sorry, they're showing now. It just took a while for them to show.
