Dilithium Conversion Rewards Not Received

I read about a week ago that there were rewards for having more than 128k dilithium after the conversion. One of my characters had over 140k dilithium, but the inventory slots were full. Either I didn't notice an overflow bag, or it was not there, before I logged off the first time after the conversion. End result is that I did not receive the bridge officer requisition form or the red give vouchers.

I submitted a ticket, and received the following response after a while:
Greetings, I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your tribble transfer reward. Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you with this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. You may be able to find assistance with similar questions by seeking out the assistance of other players in game or visiting the official forums which can be reached through the Community link at the top of the launcher. Thank you for playing! Nicole V. Cryptic Support

Thus, in accordance with the response, I am checking with the community. Are there any suggestions of how to proceed, or am I completely out of luck?

    You had to have 128k dilithium before the 25% bonus. If you ended up with 140k dilithium after the conversion, it means you had 112k before the bonus and thus didn't make the cutoff.

    Have you looked in the C-Store under items i think it is? as you had to claim your tribble testing rewards from there. maybe as your inventory was full it didn't come over so is still available there.

    I've had the same occur with one of my alts. My assumption has been what Tritium described... I'd love to deny it, but it just makes sense.

    One of my other characters had less dilithium than the character that did not receive the reward, so I don't believe the 25% bonus is the answer.

    As for the c-store, I checked, and there is no availability there. Further, my other character just had it placed into the inventory.

    Any other thoughts?
