Anyone else having issues claiming the Defiant and Nebula Retrofits after the patch, I get a message saying I have the items, but I don't and its appeared on a va I leveled up just after the patch release - and that definitely doesn't have either.
They don't appear in the legacy tab either of the c-store where other unlocks i have do - and yes I know I bought them, and didn't use a va token.
Tried to claim by the C-store web page, in game c-store and the shipyard, all the same

Well... cryptic doesnt really consider it urgent to give us the stuff we paid for after we... well paid for it, since that issue is a few month old now.
Have you tried getting it from the shipyard ship vendor? I thought I had the same prob with the nebula, turns out they cannot be claimed directly from C-Store....you have to go to the ship vendor on ESD.

there are problems with the tier 3 k'tinga refit (can be claimed at the requisition vendor but says you need to buy it again on the store). also the picture shows the vor'kang by mistake.
the tier 4 vor'cha refit, the vor'kang itself is not showing on the c-store and is unclaimable on the requisition page at all.
same problem with one of the c-store raptors. the new tier 4 one i think. the c-store wants you to buy it again.
hopefully these will get fixed very soon. having stuff you have bought be unavailable is pretty bad.
Purchasing it directly from the vendor worked before the so called "season 5" patch, but not any more.
Right now there is no way to get the ships.
At least none I know of.
edit for ALL T3 ships that had two versions, Excelsior and Nebula. :mad:
While I understand the response (and the CSR was nice, no complaints there), the main issue I take with it overall is that I paid for something with real $. And this item, like many, are only really useful for a certain level range. So by the time it is resolved, I will more than likely be at a point where I can't really USE it anymore. Short of not playing/levelling at all.
Has anyone tried to get a refund? Or bought it recently enough you could call the cc company and protest the charge for goods/services not given/delivered?
I have a support ticket out for this question, but haven't heard back. Was curious if anyone else had gone this route.
Starting to frustrate me a little but I always take the time to mention I generally love the game and S5. Keep up the good work Cryptic
