    Cancel your account, remove your billing information, delete all of your characters. Job done.

    This is the same OP who considers himself a patriotic American (which is why he wants nothing to do with a Chinese company like PWI) and yet stated he is currently living on the streets in Mexico.

    * Patriotic American, but living in Mexico
    * Living on the streets, but has access to a computer and internet to play STO - plus a credit card to pay for the game and other things.

    Too many things the OP states just do not fit together.

    My guess: OP is just trolling.

    Since the game is going F2P, he/she probably realizes a paid subscription is no essential so is having fun trolling.
