respec token

I recently bought a repec toekn form the c store, i have looked in my inventory and mail and cant find it. Does anyone know it this is just me not looking in the right place or whether i need to create a GM ticket to get it?

    It won't show anywhere but when you actually respec and press Accept you'll receive a prompt saying something like 'Use 1 of your 1 Respec tokens?'. You should have also had another small notification appear on screen when you purchased the token but it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it.

    It's worth noting that if you have more than one character and you buy a token for one, whilst the other has tokens left over from levelling, respeccing either will use the purchased token first. It's annoying when it happens (I've done it several times now) so thought I'd mention that.
