It was added to the release calendar for the next 2-3 days. Any info about it?

none that i've seen. I wonder if it will be combat capable or if it's just a pet like the Targ pup or Horta hatchling.

I'm hoping it'll work just like those, but be a slotable summonable combat pet, like the hortas.

The word, companion, gives me pause. Will it be functional or purely a pet (as in Targ or Sehlat) which can float around with us?

Regardless, I hope the KDF gets it, too.

It is on C-store now and looks to be for Federation only...

Then I doubt I'll be buying it anytime soon since it ignores my faction of choice and makes no difference in gameplay.

How functional did you have in mind?

So they want us to pay for a Support drone companion?

Naturally. That's okay, though. I'm waiting for the legless, floating, bionic Targ to hit the KDF C-$tore. It will be way cooler and smell of bacon and porcine rage.

A support drone that only offers non-combat support. So, like positive affirmations and lint tractor-beaming your uniforms, I guess.

Needs to be a combat pet or have some other use, i'm tired of these non combat, and otherwise useless pets. Maybe have it be a repair drone for turrets and shields, and do no damage.

Did Cade say the contrary yesterday or something? Or are you just lumping all of the seperate posters into some kind of fantasy concensus you find erroneous somehow?

I would hope we can all have seperate opinions even if they don't agree.

I really like the Exocomm. Better than a Sehlat cub or a Horta.
