Collecting extra ship slots

I purchased the two extra ship slots but I'm not sure how to activate them for my Captain? I checked with the search function but found no posts relating to this so apparently I'm missing something quite obvious. :(

    they are automatically added. these are character specific though. you need to have bought them on the captain you want to use them on.

    if so they will just be there when you check your ships slots at the shipyard.

    Hmm I purchased these while accessing the store from the log in application. Which means no captain was actually logged in at the time.

    Then you're going to have to log onto your selected captain and go to the ingame C-store to 'claim' them.

    if you look at the c-store page on the site just above the circle where you points total is it says which captain you have. you can switch characters from the page, so what ever characters was selected should be the one it went on.

    Yeah that was the problem I had not noticed the character switch on the site. So I guess I set it up on the wrong one. Thanks for the help :)

    Good luck getting them moved to the correct character via a support ticket.

    I'd imagine "all sales are final", though, so you might be out of luck.
