Where's my ship?

I just started a new character and bought the Constitution class startship fromthe C Store. However i can't redeem it in game on any of my Fed Characters at Earth Dock. It's not listed inthe ship yard for any of my characters so how am i supposed to get it?

I've also noticed that there's a few other missing from the ship yard like the Rhode island refit. Please sort this out ticket ID 1,187,547 I haven't got much fiath inthe ticket system since i've raised several bug tickets in the last few weeks and none have been replied to, or are even available for me to see.

*edit* I've also noticed now that it's completely vanished from my view of the C Store. It doesn't show as unlocked, it just doesn't show it.

You do not redeem it from the starship officer @ a spacedock. You do it through the ingame C-store. Go to your mini-map and click on the down arrow. Click on "Visit C-Store". It should show up as price "free." (or "Purchased" I forget which.) Once you've redeemed it go to the select ship console and set it as your primary.

edit to add: If you're not seeing it on the C-Store in game you need to submit a CS ticket, not a bug report. You do not get a reply to a bug report. Bug reports go directly to Cryptic, into a database, and then... I don't know. But, they don't reply to you individually. If you submit a CS Ticket that's different. That you should get help with pretty quickly.

To add to what bringram said, I believe the specific C-Store tab for the Constitution-class Light Cruiser is Special Unlocks.

Worked a treat thanks for that guys.

A bit of a long way round of getting things though. I don't like how there's so many different ways of buying 'extra's on this game. I've never seen that particular one before (it was my first ship).
