Orignal Connie bug

I got a copy of the TOS connie but when I try to use the customiseation menu near were you select a bridge for your ship, I can't add a hull colour palate can someone help?

    Only a couple of small areas on the TOS Connie will change color such as the dome of the bridge.

    It's a bug, I got it to when I tried to customize mine, it showed something like "FED_SHIP_DELETE...." something like that and I couldn't change the color, and deleting ship and getting another one didn't help.
