Help! Cryptic Points didn't register!!!!!

I need help! I use Paypal to buy Cryptic points. I don't buy a lot of them, but since we are having this summer sale, I thought I would buy a couple things like the captain retrain token, extra BO slots, and stuff like that.
My problem is is that I use Paypal, but I don't have a Credit Card hooked up to it so it sends in e-Check. I just got and e-mail today saying that my e-check has cleared, but I don't have any Cryptic Points!!!!! This has happened twice now!!! I either want a refund, or my Cryptic Points!!!!!!

If you're using E-cheques, rather than paying from your paypal account directly, it will take six to eight days for the entire transaction to clear. Your E-cheque having 'cleared' usually happens about four days before you actually get any Cryptic points, or at least that's what it did with me.


If you have issues with your transaction, your invoice (which you should have saved or printed) tells you who to contact to resolve the issue.

Log in on that site and you their Live Billing Support Chat and see if they cam help (It would be a good idea to have all the tranasaction info you have from Cryptic and PayPal on hand)
