    Just give KDF more XP for PvP, so there is reduced need for missions. In fact, set the ratio such that KDF get as many multiples of Fed XP as Feds have multiples of KDF missions.

    Gonna create a vicious learning curve, only having to run one cap and hold to get a full rank promotion...
