Purchased C-Store Items Problem???

Has anyone else notice that our C-Store items that were purchased are not regresting correctly? Or am I the only lucky one...

I am missing a Vor'cha Retrofit from my C-Store purchase list for an alt KDF character. But, I saw it was on the ship and shuttle vendor so I had to use ingame credits to buy it from the vendor... I also notice that the Vor'cha Retrofit was longer on the C-Store any more.

After this issue came up, I checked my Federation characters. I noticed that my Federation refit ships (Tactical Escort Retrofit, Exploration Cruiser Retrofit, Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit) along with the Nebula Science Retrofit and the Dreadnought Cruiser Refferal gave me the option to purchase them again... with emblems or with C-Store/Atrai points again. I use to be able to claim them through the C-Store and they would just be throw into my ship dry dock, but that options is no longer working.

Being a ship geek, I go ahead and purchased all the ships when Cryptic is has a 20% off sale. Only ones I am currently missing are the two new fighters (Shuttles) and the Oberth... I have opened a ticket with this issue but I also wanted to get feed back from the commuity if anyone else has had any issues with the C-Store change/update.

    Checking the Web C-Store...It looks like quite a bit of stuff I've purchased is still locked. I'll check in game when I get home from work and see if they are locked or unlocked. If they are really locked, this needs to take top priority to be fixed...people paid extra money for this stuff.

    It took me three days to get Atari to confirm my purchases last week. Not having something from them that says you used this many points to buy this item doesn't help. We need some kind of receipt system for our points. Even after all of that and Atari confirmed my purchases from the past the items were still not unlocked in the c-store neither in game nor on the website. I am hoping a patch fixes this soon. Till then no more C-Store purchases from me. BTW we really should get some kind of confirmation on what we spend ourt points on because when you contact Atari they want dates for when you bought the items...including the ones you bought when they were still cryptic points. They send you a email saying you bought points but send you nothing when you spend them.

    Wow, imagine this, another problem like mine. Prepare to be ignored, mine are un-resolved for months now. I brought up a receipt process, but it was edited along with the rest of my post.

    There was supposed to be a system like that in our account area but it never worked properly. Its on the burner to be done just when it'll be done is another question.

    Samurai Zed you are not alone regarding CStore woes.

    I too am a Star Trek Geek, and a Starship buff, and purchased almost every single vessel for both the Federation and Klingon factions.

    I remember I went through the same issue with the Federation dreadnaught after the season 3 patch, this time I am having issues with multiple ship purchases.

    Federation Faction:

    Long Range Science Retrofit

    Exploration Cruiser Retrofit

    Tactical Escort Retrofit

    Nebula Class Retrofit

    Excelsior Cruiser Retrofit

    Klingon Faction:

    Maurader Cruiser

    Varanus Fleet Support Vessel and various others

    I purchased all these vessels in the past year, and now they are not available to my toons on a account wide basis. CStore is now asking me to buy them again.

    I just hope its an issues with season 4, and hope that Cryptic fix this problem.

    As of now all my CStore purchases will be on freeze till this issue gets resolved. I must be one of the few customers who have spent alot of money on virtual goods, including two life time subscription for both me and a friend. I have invested over 1000 dollars. Please Cryptic, address this issue as soon as you can.

    I am also having that problem with bridge packs. Does anyone from cryptic or atari monitor these issues in the c-store forums? I only ask because I don't usually post here? Since this has been moved I am not sure it will get as much attention as general discussion.

    I am both glad and sad that this is happening to others....

    I fear like WSmith, I will be waiting for a reply and never getting one with the two tickets I have been opened. Seems the ticket system does not even recall my own account ticket history. I get a ticket number when I submit a ticket, but my whole history is blank.

    1ALF, I know a Mod/Dev had to move the post from the main page to this location. I would think that if they wish to bring in extra income for the game that they would take the time to make sure their 2nd source of income is working correctly.

    Believe Doc has is correct, seems the only smart thing to do now will be to hold off on purchasing anymore points or C-store items until these problems are fixed.

    I still find it funny that they are missing a whole ship (Vor'cha Retrofit) from their C-Store. I would like to know if someone that has not purchased the Vor'cha Retrofit, if they will have access/be able to retrieve one via the Ship and Shuttle Vender...


    I have taken time to search the forums, and I have not found anything about the Vor'cha Retrofit going public/free. Nor have I seen anything in the patch notes about the ship. I wonder if we will start seeing items that people are not buying on the C-Store end up in game for emblems or credits now...

    Same issues here for me too,

    Purchased all the fed ships, including the fighter and delta flyer before realising the delta flyer was available through in game means, and suddenly I am missing every single fed refit ship, mvae, gal-x and all my bridge packs.

    These were all bought during that 50% off weekend sale last month, issues like this are really putting me off the game, and under no circumstances should this have happened, major oversight on cryptics side I think.

    If we get told that we have to purchase them a second time due to some 'unforeseen' account error then I am leaving this game and I will never come back.

    sorry for the mild rant with this feedback post, but this really irks me off in the worst way that something like this happened.

    ps. in the other thread like this I originally thought it was simply a visual text error the was appearing on a few characters, however, it appears that this is not the case and they have indeed been removed from from my account entirely, gimme my ships back cryptic......wish I had kept all the purchase recipts now, but I figured something like this happening was next to nil.....shows how wrong I was.

    All the ships I've purchased don't showup as Unlocked, but the price is now set to Free. Probably since I can claim the ship multiple times (so it will never be fully unlocked).

    Some good news...

    With today's update the look and the layout of the C-Store changed and it would seem the work they put in under the hood fixed my issue with not being able to see what ships I have purchased. Everything seems correct after going through it.

    Now, some bad news...

    One new bug I have noticed while on a KDF character it was asking me to purchase the Retrofit ships again for my Federation characters. I quickly switch to a Federation character and found that the ships where registering correctly and it was not asking me to pay for them. Funny thing is while on a Federation character I was able to correctly see what KDF ships I have purchased. (Just not the Vor'cha Retrofit because that seems to be MIA all together.) This is a new problem, but shows me they are working on the issue and trying to fix it. I just wished they would have come out and said what happened and if they knew the patch would cause such an issue, delayed the Season 4 patch until these issues were resolved.

    It would appear the Vor'cha Retrofit ship is still missing from the C-Store....

    I am still unable to see my account's ticket history or view open tickets. So unless a GM sends a in game mail, I fear I will not know the status of these tickets until the ticket system is back up working correctly and by then I would believe the tickets would be closed because I never replied to a GM.

    None of my purchase problems have changed with the new C-Store.

    I do not know if this information is helpful or not, but I will share it anyways.

    For my account, I purchased all my C-Store items in game via a character on the correct faction. Meaning all the Federation ships where purchased with a Federation faction character and all the Klingon ships where purchased with a Klingon faction character. For some reason I never trusted the C-Store website when purchasing these items, even though I used it to purchase C-Store/Atari points.

    The others that are still having an issue, by chance did you purchase your items via the Cryptic's website or in game?

    I too have purchased a significant number of ships on what I considered my main character. Most of these items are showing as available to purchase on my alts. They do not appear to be available account wide. I also noticed that the account wide description was removed from most of the ships......

    same problem here. I bought all fed ships and they are not available for my last toon reaching VA

    Depends on the item - wierd as it sounds for example - after puchasing, ships can be directly claimed from the C-Store; while others you need to go to the Shp Requisitions NPC to claim ( at 0 EC cost.)

    All,

    I got a response from CSR. Though the initial purchase of a ship can be performed by a VA from the C-Store, alts-VA characters cannot reclaim this ship from the c-store. They must go to in-game vendor on ESD to claim additional copies.

    I purchased Caitian bridge officers several times, yet I've only ever been allowed to take one. Very dissapointed and I would very much like my money back or indeed, the bridge officers.

    It helps with some but not all, I purchased all the ships except the fighters and oberth when the 20% sale was on. All of the ships are supposed to be redeemable by all and any characters I will ever have. My Sci has the Intrepid retrofit but I cant claim it on my Tac (not that I need to but thats not the point) It says I have to buy it again in the ingame C-store.... If I go to the ingame vendor they want 500 emblems for it.... its not just that ship, all my characters have access to some ships... but not all of them.

    thought i'd add I'm having the same problem. have 2 VA's and swicth ships (sci using escort, eng using sci ship etc) that i've unlocked via C-store, (in game and web) now it seems they are not account wide. . .. . . except the tac re-fit. i was going to buy the others, so has anyone got news on when this bug may be fixed, before i part with my cash. cheers.. . . . . . .hmmm just logged in and seems all sorted. wierd but true. . . .carry on.

    Anyone having this issue with the costumes? I purchased Enterprise Bundle and just found out that it didn't unlock the T'Pol costume properly.

    If I look on the site c-store it says I have purchased nothing at all.... the ingame c-store wont let me access all my ships on all my characters....... I am 99.9% sure all of those ships where listed as account wide unlocks because I remember buying the lot on my Tac main and they where also all unlocked on my sci and Engi......

    I'm having the same issue although I couldn't access any of the costumes - they (and the Enterprise bundle) were listed as 'purchased' in the C-Store but I couldn't equip them at the tailor.

    CS is saying I never purchased the Enterprise bundle and that there's nothing they can do :(

    I've lost the Defiant and B'Rel totally. I've lost the Miranda Bridge pack on almost all chars. My Riv tribbles are limited to only some chars currently. When purchased the ships were and are supposed to be account wide from the C-Store. I always buy from the C-Store, these were not VA token ships purchases. I was one of the first to report this problem, and have gotten no form of help from CS regarding this. I've been told I'm mistaken about the ships, and no comments ever been made about the bridge pack or tribbles showing on some chars and not others.
    Due to this, I won't put anymore money into this game. You report this problem and you're not beleived and basically told to go away.

    I have a bunch of items from the C-Store, but the only one I have trouble with is the Caitian BO. It was supposed to be acct wide, but I could only unlock it on my tac officer.
