C-Store / Photonic Bridge Officer Fun

I went to a lot of trouble to get myself and a friend the Photonic Bridge Officer; I followed the referral process and got the photonic Tribble, Which is a blast! I paid for all the subscriptions, so yesterday I should have gotten a Photonic Bridge Officer for all my toons my friend claimed hers, and she said that she found hers in the Special Unlocks, Bridge Officer section of the C-Store... Even as I write this it’s not showing up!
I filed a Ticket and Cryptic replied that “in reviewing the issue you described we found that this function appears to be working correctly.” Which is not the case or I’d have what I paid for! This is frustrating!

    So far nothing I have made a new toon and used it too look in the C-store, Nothing! I don't know what more to do.

    Has the subscription been paid yet.

    I had to wait till after the first subscription was paid before mine showed up.

    On the referral pagem, it will show the subscription with a "billed" under status.

    yep, it says in the info bit that they have to pay for a month (or more), then you get your BO (free 30 does not count, i think)

    This BO is really nice. By cons, you can not customize it ...
    It would be nice to change is uniform.

    Add a small effect on the BO (a holographic effect) would be welcome to enhance its credibility. :cool:

    @ Doogie, After doing some checking I found out that my Credit Card had paid for one, but not the other subscription which is odd and frustrating. So now the question becomes how I pay for the account.
    If you hadn't of asked I would have been clueless because the Unpaid for account still works!

    I think it would have been nice for an option of Male or Female as there seems to be a biased towards males in this game. Customization would be nice also. Who knows that might be on the list of things Cryptic is working on. This game is still pretty young... Compared to Wow which has been around since 1994!

    Your account will be charged once the free 30 days is up. There's no way to "jump-start" it, so you'll just have to wait till then.

    @ Cuatela, That's what I've been trying to communicate! The 30 free days have been up for almost a week.

    There is a way to "jump-start" it. You can either pay for lifetime or you can use a time card.

    so warcraft and not the world there of since 1994.

    anyway, i dont see how the age of wow affects the sex of a holo BO

    No one likes a smart TRIBBLE, anyway I got that little snippett from Wikipedia... so sprint over and correct it if you feel the need.

    @ Doogie, Do you really think it would work? I thought cryptic wanted stuff like Pay pal accounts and credit cards. i thought even one of those 50$ credit cards one can get at the supermarket check out should work. I didn't know that a time card would work... I thought it wouldn't count as a subscription at all!!

    All this for a boff?!?!

    Prepaid gamecards and lifetime subscriptions are counted as being paid at that moment.

    The holographic BO becomes a reward when the payment is received and being those two methods count as payment being received then it goes into effect when those options are used.\


    A time card is payment on a subscription so it counts.
