Digital Deluxe version cannot be shipped to the USA?

Is there something fundamental BROKEN with your storefront? Some reason people who go to the store then cannot actually buy it? In the United States...? Cannot be shipped error (it's digital, of course it can't be shipped...)

WTF?

Honestly, I guess you guys are doing so well you don't actually want peoples' money :rolleyes:...

    Cryptic has nothing to do with sales of the game, you realize. It's the vendor, whether that's Atari or Steam or D2D, that's got the problem. Complain to them. Cryptic just makes the stuff.

    It Atari's own site and Cryptic is (for the moment) their wholey owned property, so I'm thinking the Atari-owned Star Trek Online forums are a fine place to mention it.

    can you at least link to the one you're trying to buy, before deciding that they won't let you have it?

    I can confirm this.

    The Atari website seemingly won't let you order it.


    The following products are restricted by the shipping country you specified.

    You may go back and change your shipping information, or you may continue with your specified shipping country and have the following items removed from your order:
    Star Trek Online Deluxe Edition

    Must of been a snafu at the office which should be rectified Tuesday I'm sure since they're off today.

    However, you should be able to purchase it on Steam without any issues as I got another copy Friday night from them. (And even without the sale it's cheaper hehe)
