Can't enter Nopada / can't start coliseum

I have opened a ticket and I'm told by the GMs that everything is as it should be. I am not getting a prompt to enter the nopada system when I approach it. I completed the episode "frozen" and have since talked with T'nae and heard her say, "I agree with you. There is more to this story, and we must continue to follow the trail until all is revealed. " It's my understanding that this should allow me to start Coliseum at Nopada but I'm stuck.

    Yor mission contact for "Coliseum" is Obisek. (As per http://www.startrekonline.com/feature_episodes.) Check your contact list.

    This mission isn't starting for me either. I've contacted Obisek. He asked that I investigate the Nopada system to find a lost ship. When I approach the system I get a prompt to enter but the mission will not begin.

    I ended up logging out of STO and logging back in. I was finally able to enter the mission.

    It's not working for me either, GMs are wrong, four consecutive attempts with cold reboots, four tickets, cold reboots after AVG and Spybot scans with updates, too. What gives?
    FIX IT!! Don't blow us off.

    double check your misison status. if that doesn't work, drop the misison and reload it.

    I played it just a couple of hours ago. The only bug is Slamek still stopping halfway through the canyon. I don't expect that to ever be fixed.

    No dice, dropping and reloading "coliseum" mission doesn't work , either. Every time I try to load, it boots me out of the game at about 40 43 load progression to the trouble reporting window. This has been going on consistently for 3 days now. Ran updated Spybot and AVG. Did cold boots and restarts of system. Nothing so far works

    hhmmm a Crash to Desktop? that's an entirely different sort of issue than the mission being bugged.

    Still can't enter Nopada Coliseum mission, game crashes to the CrypticError Oops window on the desktop, 9 consecutive times over 4 days. I don't and haven't had this problem anywhere else in the game.

    Still stuck, can only play in the sandbox mode, left the system, tried some cluster, missions, came back to reload Coliseum mission via Adm T'Nae and I still get booted out to Windows CrypticError Oops
