full respec

Hello , i have been active for more then 100 days , so i should get a full respec for frre (vetren rewards) , how do i claim it ?

    I don't believe you 'claim' the free respec token, it is just given automatically once you hit 100 days. So, the next time you're at the respec NPC, you'll have an extra respec token after clicking 'accept'.

    where is the respec npc ?

    There is one at the center hub of Earth Space Dock. Look for the Saurian at the center console. If you are KDF look for a respec NPC at the arena you got your first BOs at.
