I haven't found a thread yet where anybody brings up the fact that the in-game C-Store is laid out by a crazy person. Some ships are listed in Ships, but others are only under Special Unlocks. There's no way to search for anything by name, and nothing seems to be in any discernable order.
Why not add a few simple features? Make it so we can search for items by name. Organize things a little more clearly - some are in multiple categories, some are only in one, and often not the one you'd think.
And here's a HUGE one: why in the world isn't there a tab for items you've ALREADY unlocked, through pre-order, purchase, whatever?
If I log in a new toon, and I want to download my TR-116 rifle, my Borg bridge officer, and my original Enterprise and Type-2 Phaser, I don't want to have to go hunt down each one individually in that whole mess.
Why isn't there a tab where I can click; ah, there's everything I have unlocked so far, and I can simply click on each to claim my items without going on an Easter Egg hunt?

I do agree that there still needs to be some streamlining to the UI, though.
