Refer a Friend Bug or Hoax?

I refer a Player (my mom) she played the Demo, she buyed the game and she subscribed for 60days..

on you page it says:

Once your recruit has subscribed to the game for a month, you’ll earn:

* A new title: Recruiter.
* An exclusive Holographic Bridge Officer (works with Federation and Klingon players).
* 400 Cryptic Points.


all i get was tht title and a Photonic Tribble...
No Holographic Bridge Officer and no 400 Cryptic Points.

What happend?
Pls be so kind and fix this issue for me.

    they get 30 'free' days - and during that time, they COULD cancel. You don't get the 400 CP et al, until the 30 day free period is up and their paid subscription starts. If it's been past 30 days since they purchased and started the game, you'll want to open a billing ticket or talk to Billing Support live through the web interface linked unde 'Support' from the main STO page.

    My friend is about to start paying. The last thing I need is fear I wont get the 400 points.

    played time is not subscribed time. The wording is very specific on the "subscribed". When your friend pays for their first month, then you'll get your reward.

    Again, this does not include the free gametime included with the game. Your friend must subscribe, meaning they must pay the $15 subscription fee (or whatever plan your friend chose).

    He buy'd and uses a gamecard... (60days) so he wont be able to canchel the subscribtion..
    AND.. the Atari support is working on that issue at the moment ..

    I hope it works out for you. To let you know, the Photonic Officer makes an awesome melee Sci if set up properly.

    Hi there.. it me again .. as promicced i let you know what happens...

    every thing i fine now.. the support added the BO an the CP to my account.

    Not for me, I recruited someone and they even bought life-time membership but I dont have my Holographic BO!
