I would be willing to pay for an account level bank that would allow me to transfer loot that is "bind on pickup" from one toon to another (without risk of it being sold or given to someone else)
There is a ton of stuff from STFs (40+ runs) that is useless on the toon I won it on yet valuable on another toon, and I have no way to transfer it so I end up just selling it for miniscule credits to a vendor.
