Some of your ideas are pretty good. I am also more the TNG/DS9 era guy so I would love to have a bundle like this. I would be fine if it's like the TOS bundle only with TNG style.
This means: Bridge, Corridors, Jeffries Tubes, Engineering, Sickbay, 10Forward & Crew Quarters, Ready & Conference room and so on...

A lot of the content of the TOS pack is already there for TNG: the Shuttle was preorder, the TNG Uniforms are there and the classic bridge. The default Phasers are also TNG enough. So I think rather than create a pack they could just create the interiors of Engineering etc and include a tidied up bridge for ~500 points.

I would much rather they include some "legit" TNG / DS9 / VOY era weapons.
Alot of people don't like the blue "Tron" stuff on the current weapons, and would like to have something that looks like a regular Starfleet weapon from the TNG era.
Also, there are some folks who would like to see some additional TNG era uniforms that I can see a use for. For example, the TNG era Admiral's Uniform, the dress uniform and for those who like it, the Season 1 Leisure Suits.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on almost all of your points.
1) No shuttle from TNG exists in the game. The closest is the Type 8 Shuttle from Voyager, which was a pet from buying a drink at Del Taco and free with the recent FE. Not one of the three types from TNG is in game.
2) The base TNG uniforms from the 3rd to 7th Season are there. None of the variants save part of the Captain's in the Open Uniform pack. Nowhere near what the TOS got.
3) The default phasers are closest to the last part of Voyager/ Nemesis, not like the TNG show ones. Not like the TOS phasers which look just like the ones from the Show
4) The bridge that is closest has numerous problems including color, size, design and ready room being wrong. As well as the interiors being different. The closest it gets is to Generations not the TNG series.
So, they have a lot of work to do to bring it up to snuff.
