DEVS: Next Generation Interior pack!!

After seeing the results of the upcoming TOS interiors packs (Which look so, so cool) I really hope we get to see some more authentic interiors like the TNG sereis set.

I really want to see the Galaxy class engineering room(Its weird having the default one for every ship,especially the Galaxy class.) it would be really cool if we had the captains ready room, Ten Forward and of course the conference lounge.

I also hope that with this pack they gave us a more reallistic Galaxy bridge with the proper doorways.(We have odd alcoves to enter before we actually get in the ready room) and of course it would be awesome if we could have a TNG season 1-7 skin(whith no side wall stations) and a "Generations" -"Yesterday's Enterprise" skin as well.(Whith added side wall stations)

All in all I hope all the current Interiors get a overhaull sometime in the next year, hopefully with some new LCARS textures. (I've noticed that there using proper TOS computer panells for the TOS interiors, So Im sure it's not hard to get the TNG LCARS screen's to add on the Galaxy bridge/interiors)

    I forgot to mention that I also have a collection of images of original Cryptic Galaxy bridge designs as well.

    And this is the current one I have at the moment. Now I do like it...but not as much as the ones above. Surly we can eventually get these back in game(Its definatly a Cryptic model set NOT a Perpetual Entertainment one)

    All of these would be so cool in game. The corridors are already there, they just need a warmer color added to them and shrinking a tad. Hopefully they could be rescaled similar to the upcoming TOS interior pack.

    It is odd considering this was in the original Cryptic teaser trailer for STO. With the current work being done on the TOS interior, Im sure they can redo this bridge in game to look more like it's supposed to look.

    One thing i hope they do get right is the LCARS graphics. Star Trek wouldn't be what it is today without the talents of Michael Okuda and rest of the scenic art department.

    i personally love the sovereign interiors and the Prometheus. i would love to see what kind of interior set they could come up with using the Prometheus sets we know of as inspiration.

    I reckon that it'd be a great idea to do the same as the TOS interior pack for all the major ships from the shows/movies over time - i.e., a pack including a complete interior and screen-accurate bridge, all at a much more realistic scale than the regular bridges:

    - TMP Enterprise (Constitution-refit)
    - TNG Enterprise (Galaxy)
    - Defiant
    - Voyager (Intrepid)
    - TNG Movie Enterprise (Sovereign)

    I hope in time we do get all of these. Come to think of it, I would love a TMP constitution bridge. TWOK style.

    It would also be cool if you could choose either the season 1-7 Galaxy bridge or the Grnerations variant. Oh it would be great if they added the battle bridge too.

    When Cryptic does this... and the question is When not If...

    They need to use canon colors for the Galaxy's LCARS. And I don't give a Cardassian vole's TRIBBLE that the Sovereign's canon consoles were blue.

    I want to see TNG-Series colors on the TNG-Series Bridge!

    I'll take an order of TNG interiors please!

    Also, gimme VOY and ALL Enterprise-E interiors, I need all the modern, properly-scaled, starship interiors I can get!.

    Make those, and I'll dish out the bucks because I'm sorry, I'm definately not buying TOS interiors.

    +1. Defiant interiors definitely need some work. That is my ship of choice once I level up enough. I don't care how cool the interior content is, if I'm in a Defiant without sensical interiors I don't think I'd be able to play it without pulling my hair out. Someone pointed out on another thread that 2012 is the 30th anniversary of WOK. That would be a great time to do Enterprise refit interiors- if they haven't already.

    Exactly. The Defiant needs the interiors shown on DS9, which were cramped and spartan. 4 story warp cores just don't work on a ship the size of a Defiant.

    Hopefully by the end of this year we will have all the interiors from all the shows and movies. If they release them like they do the TOS interiors pack, I'm sure eventually we will get them in order. (TOS,TNG,DS9,Voyager and probably even Enterprise)

    Actually, they are in works already.
    TNG Interiors should be out after the Season 4 launch i bet.

    Especially Galaxy class engineering is needed. Don't like that ALL ships have the default Sovereign class looking engineering.
