Tribble Reward Shuttle still missing

This post is in reference to:

With todays date 22 Feb 2011

As you can see this is the first day of month number 3 waiting and still, I dont have my tribble reward shuttle and still (apparently) no one from support has looked at this.

As you will see from my activity log, I havent been playing STO recently. I've been playing another game as I'm sick of being ignored and not feeling like a valued player - despite the fact that I was playing this game all day literally every day. I would please like this to be looked at, for the first time fo my 6 requests (As per above: 3 in game, 3 forum posts)

I have waited for a long time and checked regulary but I can confirm that its still not in the c store- special unlocks - pet section.

    Buying the runabout gives you a runabout pet....

    No it doesn't. It was a reward for testing last Tribble Event.

    Aye, they didn't give me the reward either. I had thought I had enough time, but I guess not.

    Evo at this point, I'd PM stormshade directly to look into things

    lol, it WAS a tribble test reward

    but with the new shuttle systems it gained its pet, you get it when you buy the runabout - much like the flyers

    people should check these things before being all ' omg no '

    I already do have the runabout and still no type 8 reward shuttlecraft pet. (I think is the class)

    No, sorry you don't. There is no pet runabout for buying one in game. AFIK the only shuttle you get a pet from the purchase, is the Flyer. Not the Type 8, not the Klingon shuttle, and not the Runabout.

    If you are getting a runabout pet for each purchase you do, you must have some kind of special unlock, or different account than the rest of us.

    For the Tribble test server Roundabout Pet you have to claim it at the Shipyard area on ESD or Qo'noS.

    Pet is in the C-Store.

    Pilot-able vehicle is on ESD.

    KDF does not have a Runabout.

    Ive sent an email to stormshade 3 days ago with the details. I'll keep you all posted on any progress I have, this time

    How did you request and can I ask where and when? Obviously you can see ive had no luck and now im up to 7 steps taken, to no avail
