WRONG they are triggered by lucky packs, boxes, etc. there is an item called secret letter that auto opens. once opened, wraith attack happens based on lvl of the pack. secret letter from packs are different from legion secret letter if your gonna say im wrong. btw.

bms have 1 agro skill, increasing level does not increase its thread. stuns dont affect bosses so they dont build additional agro.

its a matter of balancing, like a scale. we need at about 40ppl to beat dynasty, last week had exactly 24. probably add a few ppl every week till we get teh amount to hold them back for 3 hours. im guessing its 32 and 2/3s

that i know, eq spies come in every day. we weed them out as best as we can, but we probably will never get them all.b:tired

90+bm? ya... dont think so. 80+bm is enough, mobs in 79 are weaker than 69 mobs. bosses have no debuffs or aoes. 79 is generally easier.
