  • Ok, I found a fix! I went to the below link and followed darthpanda16's advise about adding all .dll the exceptions and fixing the proxy on my IE. Yea! http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1099381&highlight=update+server+connection+fails

  • I'm having the same issue, I keep getting the message "update server connection fails." I have allowed added PWI to my list of exceptions to the firewall. I try to verify, but it gives me the same message. Will anyone help me?
