ive tried everything. ive disarmed windows defender, firewall and avg. don't know what else i can do now. any more suggestions plz?

my ping for each server is around 250 - 300ms which as far as i know is a healthy enough number. ?? ive tried my account on my bf's computer on the same internet connection (and same ip address) and it worked fine, however the spec of my pc reaches minimum requirements so id expect it to crash of it was my pc's fault…
