disconnection problems

Dont know if any1 else is experiencing this, but whenever im around 2mins into gameplay i am constantly being disconnected from the game.
Any1 else experiencing this or any1 know how to fix it?

    hmm sounds like your connection keeps breaking I not sure what advice to give you one of ideas that pop's my mind is to check traceip in CMD if you can find IP address of server you going online (Heaven's Tear and Lost City) but there is one thing you can do right now when you open game client where you enter acount username and pass well before that enter in place where you chose what server to login and tell me what it says next to name how much is ping << this means how good connection you have betwene server and your PC:)

    my ping for each server is around 250 - 300ms which as far as i know is a healthy enough number. ??
    ive tried my account on my bf's computer on the same internet connection (and same ip address) and it worked fine, however the spec of my pc reaches minimum requirements so id expect it to crash of it was my pc's fault rather than d/c me. all seems strange.

    Run a complete antivirus and anti-spyware scan. Maybe even try temporarily disabling your security software for a couple of minutes to test the game without it running. If it runs fine, then you probably need to play around with the settings for your security program.

    hmm I hope you ain't runing behind firewall or router in that case you have to open ports for game client I personey have router but it runs fine never D/C untill it changes IP address but that i expect when its dynamic and it only happens ones lolz

    P.S. also ryuuzaki gave ya good idea to check for viruses after all they the most annoyin source of problems with connection x_X I useing Avast! Home Edition but I heard AVG greate as well also use tools like Spybot Search and Destroy, ad-aware lavasoft to scan your PC these also good for checking to make extra sure don't have any viruses

    ive tried everything. ive disarmed windows defender, firewall and avg. don't know what else i can do now. any more suggestions plz?
