The only difference is the hair color right? Since your camera angles of the two seem different, I'm not quite sure of that.

I tested at that website just now. My ping to the California locations is below 200ms on average. I entered the game just now. The ping is initially above 1000ms, but later 100ms. But the lag is still around 2-4 sec.:mad:

Direct download is much faster for me, 2xx kb/s on average. BT is below 100 kb/s.
