Cube Room 57, Need translation or know how.

So I am doing cube, finally finished it and I got to some strange rooms with chinese writings. I got past some of them, but I can't figure this one out, no quest and all.
I got 126k on me, so that may be why I can't get the quest, but I would appreciate a translation of the following npc dialogues.

    Yeah, in fact I just finished it again and realized each room takes 200k from you.

    Isn't 55 bugged? How did you manage to pass it? Unless you continously roll out of it to room 56.
