what exactly are the locolizations of skills, and what skills were on localized

I agree Lvl restriction do to the fact that in order to even take the quest you need to be 85, so make it 85+.

If it was only just a server reset, why is it that the patch size is over 17mb. Since there was no real update, why would there even be a patch to download. 1 yr ago i could run 3 clients perfectly no issues what so ever...but just in the past 6 months of these new updates..pwi hasn't been the same..if also you full screen and have multiple clients up and running..you may tend to crash..window mode will also do the same

Was there like some major QQing about the TW info from the teleport masters. Now you can't view who has bid on TW, nor can you see from the battle coordinator as well, funny stuff js.

I have an answer to this issue. First is I was suppose to attend a wedding at 20:00hrs, but on the wedding date queue shows 1hr behind. In this last patch I believe they accidently set the game clock back 1hr. Maybe due to the upcoming daylight savings time.
