Issue with ZEN purchasing site!

Hey guys,

There are some issues currently with the ZEN purchasing site telling users that they can not get any due to not being lvl 10 yet when they clearly are. I am trying to contact a staff member of PWE so that this can be handled asap. BUT it will likely be a while before I can do so. I apologise for the inconvienence and will try to keep you all updated.

    yea tht happened to me but i was to lazy to send in a ticket roflb:victory hope it gets fixed soon

    Yeah I just tried to upload my gift card from target for zen and it too gave me this error..Stating that I must be level 10..lawl..plz hurryb:cry

    I had this happen to me yesterday. I simply logged out, then back in and it resolved the issue for me. Don't know if that helps anyone else, but g'luck!

    First off woot first page, second just did 100 questions ^ ^*, but thank you for the update on the info, I hope this is fixed soon.

    I'm working on this folks, stay tuned. A simple thing to try would be to clear all cache, cookies, temporary internet files and then closing all of your web browsers. After that, open a new session and see if you still have this problem. Please attempt this until I get an answer to this issue :D

    I had the same problem, just relogged and it works again.

    From what myself and the engineers are finding, this should resolve the issue for everyone. We believe that an older session is stored for the website which is causing this error. By logging out of the website and starting a new web browsing session, you should be able to charge normally once you navigate back to our website.
